<p>SRD Center is seeking qualified Leadership, Management and Communication Training Consultants for a short-term assignment in Erbil, Iraq. The assignment will support the design and delivery of an intensive three-day managerial training and communication programme targeting approximately 20 staff members with managerial and supervisory responsibilities. The programme aims to strengthen participants leadership, management, people-management, communication, decision-making, conflict-resolution and interpersonal competencies. The training will emphasize practical application, participatory learning and the use of realistic workplace scenarios. SRD Center welcomes applications from experienced trainers and consultants with expertise in one or more of the following areas: • Leadership and management development; • Behavioural competencies for line managers; • Managerial and organizational communication; • People management and staff development; • Conflict resolution and workplace dynamics; • Decision-making and problem solving; • Emotional intelligence and leadership resilience; • Change management; • Coaching, mentoring and performance management; • Team development and organizational effectiveness. Depending on the profiles of selected candidates, the assignment may be implemented by a Lead Trainer or by a small team of trainers with complementary areas of expertise. Tasks Selected consultant(s) may be responsible for some or all of the following tasks: • Review the assignment requirements and contribute to the design of a comprehensive three-day managerial training programme. • Develop a detailed training agenda and appropriate sequencing of training topics. • Develop session plans, presentations, participant handouts, practical exercises and other training materials. • Deliver high-quality, interactive training sessions for managers and supervisors. • Facilitate practical exercises, case studies, simulations, role plays, group discussions and workplace-based scenarios. • Apply adult-learning and participant-centred training methodologies. • Facilitate sessions on leadership styles, managerial responsibilities, team leadership, strategic thinking, accountability and building trust. • Strengthen participants' competencies in delegation, staff empowerment, coaching, mentoring, motivation and employee development. • Facilitate training on effective managerial communication, reporting lines, information sharing, active listening, constructive feedback and professional communication. • Address difficult conversations, workplace conflict, negotiation and positive workplace relationships. • Support participants to strengthen analytical decision-making, critical thinking, root-cause analysis, prioritization and problem-solving skills. • Facilitate learning related to emotional intelligence, self-awareness, empathy, relationship management and leadership resilience. • Address organizational change, managing resistance and maintaining staff engagement during periods of change. • Promote inclusive, collaborative and solution-oriented management practices. • Conduct pre- and post-training assessments, knowledge checks or other appropriate learning assessments. • Collect and analyse participant feedback on the effectiveness of the training. • Contribute to or prepare a concise post-training report documenting the activities delivered, participant feedback, assessment results, key observations and recommendations. • Coordinate with SRD Center before and during implementation to ensure the quality and timely delivery of the assignment.
