<p>The IT HCS & VMware Platform Supervisor is responsible for supervising the operation, administration, governance, and continuous improvement of the Huawei Cloud Stack (HCS) platform and related private or hybrid cloud services across the IT data center environment.</p>
<p>The role leads HCS platform support activities to ensure secure, available, scalable, and recoverable cloud services, while coordinating with infrastructure, network, security, application, vendor, and service management teams to meet business continuity and operational requirements.</p>

<p>The System Team Lead leads and mentors system administrators and engineers, ensuring that IT systems remain stable, secure, efficient, and aligned with operational requirements. The role oversees system upgrades, troubleshooting, technical support, documentation, and best-practice adoption. It requires strong hands-on technical capability combined with leadership, planning, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.</p>

<h4>Key responsibilities</h4>

<li><strong>Oversee upgrades:</strong> Coordinate system upgrades, patching, maintenance activities, and technical changes in line with operational needs.</li>
