<p>ey Responsibilities</p><p>1- Production Management</p><ul><li><p>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans in coordination with Sales and Warehouse departments.</p></li><li><p>Manage production orders across injection molding and IML production lines.</p></li><li><p>Monitor actual production results against targets and analyze performance gaps.</p></li><li><p>Ensure the availability of raw materials, labels, molds, packaging materials, and required manpower.</p></li><li><p>Supervise machine setup, mold changes, robot settings, color changes, and product changeovers.</p></li><li><p>Monitor production output, cycle time, rejection rate, waste, and downtime.</p></li><li><p>Ensure that finished products comply with approved specifications and samples.</p></li><li><p>Improve machine and workforce productivity and reduce mold-change time.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with Quality Control to address non-conforming products and prevent recurrence.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.</p></li></ul><p>2- Maintenance Management</p><ul><li><p>Develop and implement preventive, periodic, and predictive maintenance plans.</p></li><li><p>Supervise the maintenance of injection molding machines, IML robots, molds, compressors, chillers, and auxiliary equipment.</p></li><li><p>Ensure quick diagnosis and repair of emergency breakdowns.</p></li><li><p>Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring failures and implement corrective actions.</p></li><li><p>Monitor equipment downtime and maintenance performance indicators.</p></li><li><p>Maintain complete maintenance records for each machine, mold, and piece of equipment.</p></li><li><p>Identify critical spare parts and ensure appropriate inventory levels.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and external technicians when required.</p></li><li><p>Inspect completed maintenance work and confirm that equipment is safe and ready for operation.</p></li></ul><p>3- Operational Improvement</p><ul><li><p>Improve the plant’s Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).</p></li><li><p>Reduce raw-material waste and the consumption of electricity, compressed air, and cooling water.</p></li><li><p>Analyze rejected products and production losses and implement improvement plans.</p></li><li><p>Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.</p></li><li><p>Lead continuous-improvement and production-capacity projects.</p></li><li><p>Participate in the evaluation and procurement of new machinery, molds, and equipment.</p></li><li><p>Prepare production and maintenance budgets and control operational costs.</p></li><li><p>Ensure the proper use and protection of company assets and equipment.</p></li></ul><p>4- Team Management</p><ul><li><p>Lead production and maintenance engineers, supervisors, technicians, operators, and workers.</p></li><li><p>Prepare shift schedules and assign duties according to operational requirements.</p></li><li><p>Evaluate employee performance and identify training requirements.</p></li><li><p>Train employees on proper operation, troubleshooting, quality, and safety procedures.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with attendance, discipline, and company policies.</p></li><li><p>Promote effective coordination between Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Warehouse teams.</p></li></ul><p>5- Quality and Safety</p><ul><li><p>Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and housekeeping requirements for IML products.</p></li><li><p>Prevent the use of unapproved materials, labels, molds, or production parameters.</p></li><li><p>Ensure first-piece inspection is completed after startup, mold changes, or material changes.</p></li><li><p>Enforce occupational health and safety procedures and the use of personal protective equipment.</p></li><li><p>Ensure Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures are followed during maintenance activities.</p></li><li><p>Investigate incidents and operational risks and implement preventive measures.</p></li><li><p>Maintain clean, safe, and organized production and maintenance areas.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>At least seven years of experience in industrial operations or production, including three years in a supervisory or managerial position.</p><ul><li><p>Experience in plastic</p></li></ul>
