<p><h4>Duties</h4>
<p>Provide information and materials to these divisions as necessary to ensure adequate and legal documentation.<br>

Conduct country-wide Property Training on a yearly basis as well as establish training plans for new hire employees and refresher training.<br>
Ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Statement of Work (SOW), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).<br>
Develop processes and desktop procedures to maintain continuity of job performance.<br>
Audit logs and status records to ensure completion of lost, damaged, or destroyed items.<br>
Check LTDD packages for accuracy and completion.<br>
Perform additional duties and projects as qualified to perform as assigned.<br>

<p>Overview ***This position is physically located in Iraq in support of LOGCAP*** Responsible for the supervision of an assigned aircraft or structural firefighting crew on an alternating shift, supervising all assigned crew members in fire ground situations as well as the performance of care and maintenance of apparatus and equipment as defined in the current task order, Performance Work Standard (PWS), and as directed by Vectrus. Responsible for implementing and maintaining all fire protection services related functional standards within their assigned department IAW the Statement of Work. Implements the Fire Chief’s comprehensive firefighting program at the assigned installation to ensure compliance with AR 420-1, Army Facilities Management, Chapter 25, Fire and Emergency Services, Local work instructions, and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Guidelines. Responsibilities This position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company. + Reports to the Assistant Chief of Operations and functions under their direct supervision. + Supervises a structural and/or aircraft firefighting crew at assigned fire department to ensure compliance with PWS and all local requirements are met. + Assigns, directs, and reviews the work of assigned subordinate employees who assist in carrying out program activities. <p><h4>Program logistics and property manager overview</h4>
<p>The program logistics and property manager will be primarily based in Baghdad, Iraq. The logistics and property manager will manage all supply chain services, including acquisitions, receiving, stocking, inventorying, issuing, and shipment of goods, utilizing resources to accomplish operational requirements. The logistics and property manager will report to program management to manage multiple geographical sites and functions to support critical client mission activities of this contract. The logistics and property manager is specifically accountable for proactively identifying, analyzing, and correcting systemic performance concerns, and for providing structured performance briefings to the program manager and business group vice president to ensure sustained contract compliance and mission readiness.</p>
<h4>Duties</h4>

<p><h4>Essential responsibilities:</h4>
<p>Aerostat operators/user-level maintainers will participate in the overall, hands-on operation of the aerostat system including launch, in-flight, recovery, and moored activities.</p>
<p>Candidates will perform all functions to operate the PGSS/PTDS, an aerostat mounted intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) platform, its mobile mooring platform (MMP), sensor payload(s), communications and navigation systems as well as associated support equipment (boom lift, forklift, all terrain vehicles (ATVs), and electrical power generators).</p>
<p>Candidate will perform user-level maintenance functions including performing hands-on preventative maintenance checks and services (PMCS), troubleshooting, removing and replacing line replaceable units (LRUs), and removing and replacing payloads.</p>
<p>Candidate must possess a diverse range of skills with the ability to quickly adapt to new situations. Tasks will be performed under direction of higher classified technicians and/or site personnel.</p>

Familiar with the HSE regulations, Fire Safety Rules, industrial safety requirements when performing works at a hazardous location.</li> <li>Promote strong Health, Safety & Environmental culture. Lead by example. Ensure Toolbox Talks are structured, recorded & add value.</li> <li>Embrace a one team culture.</li> <li>Thorough understanding of Turnarounds and Maintenance to provide guidance for field execution of TAR I&E scopes. </li> <li>Familiar with E&I equipment used in Oil and Gas Facilities such as Switchgear components, Field Instruments (Pressure, Level, Flow & Temperature Instruments), Actuated valves, Control and Safety Systems, etc. Knowledge Emmerson control systems is preferable. </li> <li>Experience in reading and interpreting P&IDs, Electrical SLDs, Cable Layout Drawings, Trench Routing Drawings, Control Room Layouts, Cabinet GA Drawings, Cabinet Wiring Drawings, Cause & Effect etc. Design/ Detail Engineering Knowledge would be added advantage.</li> <li>Ability to manage concurrent activities safely & effectively and deconflict SIMOPS.</li> <li>Ability to communicate well with other functions, including Maintenance, Inspection, Engineering, Operations, Projects to deliver the plan.</li> <li>Complete site visits for all I&E scopes of work in support of site execution and complete visibility reports for the I&E Turnaround Scopes to ensure that all aspects of the job are captured within engineered work packages. </li> <li>Develop I&E work packages in line with Rumaila standards to ensure all aspects of the I&E scopes have been captured within the work package. </li> <li>Work with Operations to develop culture of best practice Instrumentation and panel isolations for consistency of safe equipment shutdown preparation & support efficient de-isolation and re-commissioning.</li> <li>Ensure vendors with required expertise, spares, products, consumables, scaffolding, vehicular and other enabling logistics are at the worksite when required.</li> <li>Supervision of I&E contractor staff during Turnaround executions in support of the safe and efficient delivery of the I&E Turnaround work scope within the planned window. </li> <li>Manage all aspects of I&E TAR scope from start to finish including mobilization to and de-mob from worksite. Strictly in accordance with; good oilfield practice, ROO engineering standards, safety and quality processes and procedures.</li> <li>Drive consistency in TAR preparation process using checklists and other tools to track readiness against agreed Turnaround Milestones.</li> <li>Understand Security and Emergency Response rationale and mentor as appropriate.</li> <li>Provide input to on the duration and resource requirements to the planner to ensure accurate development of Turnaround execution schedules. </li> <li>During Turnaround execution ensure that the Planner receives accurate progress on I&E work scopes under their responsibility. </li> <li>Working with procurement, ensure management of spares and materials. Prioritize and identify long lead items in advance.</li> <li>Management of I&E contractor performance, monitoring and mentoring during site execution.</li> <li>Detailed daily reporting. With a proven track record for commissioning / construction activities on oil and gas sites</li> <li>2+ years’ experience in Turnarounds</li> <li>HNC qualification (preferably a degree) or higher in I&E Engineering or equivalent with strong understanding of engineering fundamentals.</li> <li>Familiar with Hazardous Area Classification, CompEX certification is considered an advantage. </li> <li>Intermediate communication (oral and written) skills in English </li> <li>Good knowledge of asset management system (CMMS) - preferable</li> <li>Demonstrate a positive attitude and embrace clients’ charter values. </li> <li>Foster good relationships and team working ethic with contractor groups to promote safe working practices and efficiency.</li> <li>Experience of working in an integrated team from diverse locations required.</li> <li>Experience of Safe Systems of Work.</li></ul> </div>
