<p>The commercial Team Leader (TL) supports and assists the Regional Security and Operations Manager (RSOM), Southern Iraq in the day-to-day management of region-wide commercial operations and specified projects. The commercial TL has a major impact on how potential clients assess the capabilities of Control Risks and as such is responsible for setting and maintaining the highest standards of team presentation and capability. The commercial TL will be supporting an international client base that spans across oilfield services, seismic exploration, infrastructure, diplomatic and financial services sectors. Tasks and responsibilities Operational Responsibilities Ensure that all HQ teams meet operational and training standards with assistance from the training team and that the team is fully compliant with Control Risks Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
