Cradle to grave approach.</li><li>SPA for Management and QA/QC of Wells Inventory Data, Catalogue Requests, etc. within Maximo [Enterprise Asset Management Software]</li><li>Focal CAM (Contract Administration Manager) for in country API machine shop contracts and liaise with inspection teams as required relating to operational requirements and priorities.</li></ul><br> Criteria & Qualifications:<ul><li>A minimum of 15 years’ experience in delivery of PSCM & Materials operations for large scale up-stream Drilling & Workover operations with strong demonstration of long lead strategic planning.</li><li>Proven record of strong execution and delivery in a similar role.</li><li>Ability and experience to develop, improve, rollout and implement new processes and procedures for continuous improvement of the M&L function.</li><li>Strong knowledge of transport standards and guidelines.</li><li>Strong knowledge of equipment and operations in land drilling, work over and well services operations.</li><li>Strong team player with proven experience in a similar leadership role.</li><li>A proven ability to coach, train and mentor local & international staff in best industry practices.</li><li>Strong knowledge of safety and HSE requirements relating to logistics and transport in a similar Well’s environment.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate openly at all levels.</li><li>Strong IT & Inventory Management Systems skills, and ability to move and digitalise processes where identified.</li><li>Preference for knowledge of tendering, contract evaluation and acting as a contract CAM or technical SPA.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills.
