Mission Iraq on program implementation, scheduling, and coordination.<br> Lead and supervise senior and junior embedded mentors, with specific emphasis on training, coaching, and quality control of mentor performance.<br> Oversee development, refinement, and delivery of training curricula, mentoring frameworks, and train‑the‑mentor approaches.<br> Ensure all program activities align with CT‑approved operational concepts, response plans, and Iraqi institutional authorities.<br> Coordinate engagement with Federal Iraqi government counterparts, including civilian security forces responsible for critical infrastructure protection.<br> Monitor progress against milestones, identify operational or security risks, and implement mitigation measures in coordination with U.<br>S. stakeholders.<br> Provide regular technical briefings and written reports to CT and USMI.<br> Ensure compliance with Leahy vetting requirements, export control regulations, and cooperative agreement provisions.<br> Support long‑term sustainment planning and transition to Iraqi‑led operations.<br> Required Skills and Competencies Senior‑level technical program management and field leadership experience.<br> Demonstrated expertise in C‑UAS, air domain awareness, or UAS surveillance operations.<br> Experience conducting classroom and field training.<br> Proven experience mentoring and supervising technical personnel in austere or high‑risk environments.<br> Strong stakeholder engagement and diplomatic communication skills.<br> Ability to operate effectively in politically sensitive, high‑threat environments.<br> Minimum Education and Experience Master’s degree in international affairs, security studies, engineering, public policy, or a related field or 5—8 years of relevant military or government experience, preference for training and equipping partner nation security forces.<br> Minimum of 6 years of experience in U.<br>S. Government–funded security cooperation, counterterrorism, or capacity‑building programs.<br> Prior experience working with the U.<br>S. Department of State, U.<br>S. Embassies, or foreign security forces strongly preferred.<br> Significant field experience in Iraq or comparable environments.<br></span> </div>
