<p>Role & responsibilities Lead and coordinate Civil, Mechanical/Piping, and E&I Quantity Surveyors. Review BOQs, contracts, scope of work, drawings, specifications, and measurement rules. Establish quantity tracking, measurement, and progress-certification procedures. Verify quantities using approved IFC drawings, field measurements, material records, and inspection documents. Review subcontractors monthly progress claims and payment applications. Certify only completed, measurable, and contractually payable work. Prepare measurement sheets, quantity take-offs, progress certificates, and payment recommendations. Reconcile BOQ quantities against IFC, installed, and as-built quantities.
