the design and implementation of accountability frameworks, including complaint and feedback mechanisms.</li><li>Ensure that feedback loops are closed and that lessons learned are documented and shared across departments.</li><li>Promote inclusive and participatory approaches, especially with women, youth, and vulnerable groups.</li></ul><p><strong>Learning and Knowledge <p>The role ensures that data center, cloud, systems, and backup services remain secure, available, scalable, recoverable, and compliant with business continuity requirements, while leading operational improvements, technical documentation, and coordination with vendors and internal teams.</p>
