<br><br><u><b>Job Responsibilities 1</b></u>
<br><p>Identifies outcomes with regard to patient care delivery and timely care.</p><br>
<p>Assures quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards, measuring health outcomes against patient care goals and standards; making or recommending necessary adjustments; following hospital and nursing division's philosophies and standards of care set by QCHP, and other governing agency regulations.</p><br>
<p>Provides basic assessment skills to assess the signs, symptoms, reactions, behaviors, or general appearance to determine normal versus abnormal characteristics.</p><br>
<p>Delivers safe and appropriate patient care to a specific patient population using nursing process.</p><br>
<p>Provides direct and indirect care services, including, but not limited to, the administration of medications and therapeutic agents necessary to implement treatment, disease prevention, or rehabilitative plan of care.</p><br>
<p>Performs skin tests, immunizations, phlebotomy, and the initiation of peripheral venous access.</p><br>

<br><br><u><b>Job Responsibilities 2</b></u>
<br><p>Plans patient care based on assessment, validated by peers. Implements appropriate reporting, referrals, and care in accordance with standardized procedures. Initiates emergency procedures when indicated.</p><br>
<p>Provides care to special patient populations and patients with diverse cultural backgrounds. Identifies patient’s readiness for learning and ability to follow directions/instructions and give consent.</p><br>

<p><br></p>
<p>Mission Geneva Call is a neutral and impartial non-governmental organization dedicated to promoting respect by Armed Groups and De Facto and/or Provisional Authorities (AGDAs) for international humanitarian norms in armed conflict and other situations of violence, in particular those related to the protection of civilians. Geneva Call focuses its efforts on banning the use of anti-personnel mines, protecting children from the effects of armed conflict, prohibiting sexual violence in armed conflict, working towards the elimination of gender discrimination, protecting civilian infrastructure, and ensuring humanitarian access.</p>
<p>Role The Legal & Policy Officer provides legal and policy support to the Iraq mission, leading the contextualization and adaptation of legal and policy outputs to support programme implementation. The role focuses on ensuring that legal and policy outputs are adapted to local contexts and responsive to a complex and rapidly evolving conflict environment, ensures coherency and quality of locally used and adapted legal and policy outputs, and strengthens the capacity of field teams, partners, and relevant external actors through training and facilitation. The position is based in Baghdad with regular travel to field locations.</p>
<p>Work relations The Legal and Policy Officer reports to Thematic Advisor and has a technical reporting line to the country director, and to the Head of Policy, Research, and Legal Unit (PRL). The role works closely with the Head of programmes, programme staff, MEAL and PRL to ensure alignment with Geneva Call s legal and policy positions, quality standards, and engagement approaches. Externally, the role supports engagement with national authorities, partners and other relevant stakeholders, to support programme implementation.</p>
<p>Duties and Responsibilities</p>
<ul>
<li>Legal and policy: Adapt legal and policy outputs, such as analysis, guidance notes, training materials, engagement tools, and dissemination materials to local contexts and to diverse audiences to support programme implementation Review the coherency and quality of locally used and/or developed legal and policy outputs to ensure alignment with Geneva Call approaches and standards, and flags gaps or inconsistencies Provide support on thematic legal and policy questions in alignment with the mission s thematic priorities Support engagement with relevant external stakeholders with legal and policy input, including local authorities and donors Propose improvement to legal and policy outputs, tools, and approaches based on local experience Provide legal and policy input for internal and donor reporting Support the integration of gender and intersectional perspectives into legal and policy outputs, including engagement tools, training modules, and dissemination material</li>

<p><h4>Essential responsibilities:</h4>
<p>Aerostat operators/user-level maintainers will participate in the overall, hands-on operation of the aerostat system including launch, in-flight, recovery, and moored activities.</p>
<p>Candidates will perform all functions to operate the PGSS/PTDS, an aerostat mounted Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) platform, its Mobile Mooring Platform (MMP), sensor payload(s), communications and navigation systems as well as associated support equipment (boom lift, forklift, all terrain vehicles (ATVs), and electrical power generators).</p>
<p>Candidate will perform user-level maintenance functions including performing hands-on preventative maintenance checks and services (PMCS), troubleshooting, removing and replacing line replaceable units (LRUs), and removing and replacing payloads.</p>
<p>Candidate must possess a diverse range of skills with the ability to quickly adapt to new situations. Tasks will be performed under direction of higher classified technicians and/or site personnel.</p>
<h4>Minimum requirements:</h4>

<li>High school diploma or equivalent is required.</li>
<li>Two-year associate’s degree in a technical field from an accredited college can substitute for work experience.</li>

<li>Two years of hands-on experience in performing operations and maintenance tasks either on an aerostat system or a related industry/military equivalent is required.</li>
<li>Must be qualified at the 10 series or greater level (via military or civilian technical schools) is required.</li>
<li>Ability to read electronic schematics.</li>
<li>O&M of electro-mechanical equipment to include one or more of the following: hydraulic/servo valves, hydraulic actuators, control systems, test and diagnostic equipment.</li>

Employees must be willing and able to perform regular job requirements in this austere, extreme environment, as well as willing and able to deploy to CENTCOM, EUCOM, and AFRICOM for extended periods. Work schedules are a minimum of 6 days per week and 10 hours per day, while some jobs have higher daily and weekly minimums.</p></p><p></p>

Start Date TBC (subject to further confirmation/successful onboarding/visa processing) Duration of Task Open ended Duty Rotation 6 weeks on, 6 weeks off, subject to operational requirements. Travel Pay Contractors are not entitled to pay while travelling. The first day of pay is the day of arrival in the country of operations. The last day of pay is the day of departure from the country of operations. Regardless of the time of arrival and departure, contractors are entitled to half of the daily on duty rate on the day of their arrival in and departure from the country of operations. Visa Requirements The Company shall be responsible and liable for the multi-entry visa cost as required in order to deliver the Services. Any visa costs incurred by the Contractor shall be reimbursed. The Contractor will be asked to declare their preferences for a primary, secondary and tertiary hub airport from the GardaWorld hub list at the commencement of their engagement. Where possible and commercially acceptable, GardaWorld will look to book travel to and from one of the preferred hubs. The Contractor will be responsible for any travel arrangements between the hub airport and their home address.
