<p><h4>Position overview</h4> <p>The Performance Management Specialist, Lead will be based at one of three Amentum sites in Iraq and serve the Operations, Baghdad Life Support (BLiSS), and Operations Maintenance Support Services (OMSS) contract in support of the U.S. Department of State. Conduct fault finding, testing and basic diagnostics on Motorola handheld radios, Motorola vehicle-mounted radios, HF systems, UHF/VHF systems, TETRA radios, satellite phones, antennas, chargers, batteries and related accessories. Assist with the installation, removal, inspection and testing of vehicle-mounted communications systems, including Motorola radios, HF/UHF equipment, antennas, speakers, microphones, power cables and mounting kits. Support the installation, testing and troubleshooting of IVMS and vehicle tracking systems. Conduct daily, weekly and monthly checks on communications equipment to confirm serviceability, battery condition, signal performance and operational readiness.
