The assignment focuses on governance, democratic participation, civic engagement, electoral integrity, media freedom, inclusion, and accountability. We are currently looking for a Governance/Democracy Specialist with strong experience in evaluating governance, civil society, democracy, elections, human rights, media freedom, accountability, or related development programmes. The specialist will contribute to the design and implementation of the evaluation methodology, support stakeholder consultations, analyse findings, and provide technical input related to democratic processes, civic participation, inclusive governance, electoral integrity, media freedom, and civil society engagement. <p>Under broad direction from the Subsurface Technical Manager:</p><br>

<li>Develop and apply advanced development geophysical techniques in support of the evaluation and development of potentially large, yet challenging oil and gas field development projects.</li>
<li>Responsible for integrating seismic, geological, and engineering data to enhance reservoir understanding, support field development planning, and reduce subsurface uncertainty.</li>
<li>The Geophysical Advisor will lead seismic interpretation (faults, horizons, stratigraphic features), and attribute analysis to define structural and stratigraphic frameworks</li>
<li>Conduct seismic inversion, AVO, and attribute studies to improve reservoir property prediction and fluid delineation. Support time-to-depth conversion, velocity modeling, and depth imaging workflows.</li>

<li>Additionally, provide geophysical input to field development plans, well placement, and drilling programs.</li>

<p>Act as the technical authority for all steel structure engineering matters on the project. Lead and review: Structural steel design deliverables Shop drawings and erection drawings Design calculations and technical clarifications Ensure compliance with: TotalEnergies General and Project Specifications Applicable international standards (AISC, EN, BS, AWS, ASTM, Eurocodes) Approved IFC drawings and project design criteria Ensure structural designs are optimized for constructability, safety, and costeffectiveness .
