<p>Job Vacancy | Workshop Job Controller</p><p> </p><p>TLTD HR announces a vacancy at a company specialized in the automotive sector in Basra.</p><p> </p><p>Job Title: Workshop Job Controller</p><p>Location: Basra</p><p>Gender: Male / Female</p><p> </p><p>Responsibilities</p><p> </p><p>- Assign repair tasks to technicians and monitor workflow to ensure tasks are completed and delivered on time.</p><p>- Continuous coordination with maintenance consultants and the parts department to ensure smooth operation.</p><p>- Monitor the quality of repairs and ensure accurate documentation of work.</p><p>- Monitor and evaluate technicians’ productivity and track progress of tasks.</p><p>- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards inside the workshop.</p><p> </p><p>Requirements</p><p> </p><p>- Bachelor's or diploma in automotive engineering or a related technical field.</p><p>- 3–5 years of experience in automotive maintenance, with prior experience coordinating and supervising workshop tasks.</p><p>- Good knowledge of car repair operations and fault diagnosis.</p><p>- Proficiency in using agency management systems (DMS) such as SAP or Autoline, in addition to MS Office programs.</p><p>- High organizational and problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.</p><p> </p><p>Benefits</p><p> </p><p>- Competitive salary determined by experience and competence.</p><p>- Incentives and corporate benefits according to the company policy.</p><p>- Professional and stable work environment.</p><p> </p><p> </p>
