<p>Field Production Technologist is part of the Well Reservoir Facilities Management team in the Petroleum Engineering Department. The primary job purpose is to ensure technical support to wells performance, close monitoring and maintain well integrity, respond to production planning and reservoir engineers requests for well deliverability and optimization decisions on site.</p>
<h4>Duties and responsibilities</h4>
<ul>
<li>Daily production of well performance, spot anomalies, diagnose well production issues and performance monitoring according to well operating envelope.</li>
<li>Monitor and manage well integrity to minimize deferment and ensure HSE policies compliance in a safe working environment.</li>
<li>Provide operational support rigless activities including wireline, slickline, well integrity, and coiled tubing operations, ensuring seamless workflow.</li>
<li>Daily monitoring of workover activities (hoist, rigless perforation, stimulation, clean up, tie-in, opening up etc.).</li>
<li>Production enhancement and optimization strategy evaluation and implementation.</li>

<p>The IT HCS & VMware Platform Supervisor is responsible for supervising the operation, administration, governance, and continuous improvement of the Huawei Cloud Stack (HCS) platform and related private or hybrid cloud services across the IT data center environment.</p>
<p>The role leads HCS platform support activities to ensure secure, available, scalable, and recoverable cloud services, while coordinating with infrastructure, network, security, application, vendor, and service management teams to meet business continuity and operational requirements.</p>
<h4>Duties and responsibilities</h4>

<p>Soluvide is hiring two Sales Executives in Iraq to sell AI chatbots, AI agents, and business automations to Iraqi companies. The role is full-time and remote-first, based in Baghdad and covering Erbil, Basra, and Sulaymaniyah, and pays a base salary plus uncapped commission. A minimum of two years' B2B sales experience is required.</p><p>We are opening Iraq as a market and hiring two Sales Executives to do it. You will be among the first commercial hires on the ground, responsible for building a pipeline from a standing start: identifying companies with a problem worth solving, reaching the person who owns that problem, understanding how their operation actually runs, and bringing a scoped opportunity back to our engineering team. This is a consultative B2B sale. Your buyers are owners, general managers, and operations directors who will ask specific questions about what the system does, what happens when it fails, and who owns it afterwards. You will be trained on the product so you can answer those questions accurately rather than deflect them. The role reports to the Managing Director in Abu Dhabi and works closely with the engineering team throughout the sales cycle.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Build and manage a pipeline of oil-services and logistics firms, medical suppliers, telecom operators and ISPs, and large family trading groups in Baghdad, Erbil, and Basra.</li><li>Generate your own opportunities through outbound calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, industry events, and referrals.</li><li>Run discovery meetings that establish how the business handles enquiries and manual work today, what that costs, and who approves a change.</li><li>Demonstrate Soluvide's AI assistants and automations, and explain accurately what they do and where their limits are.</li><li>Prepare scoping briefs for the engineering team covering the client's process, the systems involved, and the outcome required, so a fixed-fee proposal can be issued within 24 hours.</li><li>Manage opportunities from first contact to signed agreement, including proposal follow-up, objection handling, commercial terms, and coordinating technical calls.</li><li>Maintain accurate CRM records of every account, contact, stage, and next action.</li><li>Report market feedback which sectors respond, which objections recur, which requirements we cannot meet to inform positioning and product priorities.</li><li>Represent Soluvide at industry events and in-country client meetings.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum two years in B2B sales, business development, or account management software, IT services, SaaS, telecoms, medical devices, industrial equipment, or a comparable considered sale in Iraq or the wider region.</li><li>A demonstrable sales record: what you sold, to which types of company, typical deal size, sales-cycle length, and how you sourced the opportunities.</li><li>Proven ability to generate outbound pipeline. Most of this territory does not exist until you build it.</li><li>Professional working proficiency in Arabic and English (Kurdish an advantage in the north).</li><li>Ability to hold a substantive commercial conversation with a business owner about operations, headcount, and cost not a features conversation.</li><li>Sufficient technical literacy to understand what an AI agent, a WhatsApp Business API integration, and a CRM automation do. Programming skills are not required.</li><li>Based in Baghdad or able to cover Iraq effectively, including domestic travel for client meetings.</li><li>Accuracy about what the product can and cannot do. We do not overstate timelines or capabilities to close business.</li><li>A valid right to work in the country of the role.</li></ul><p>Preferred qualifications</p><ul><li>Existing relationships with decision-makers in any of the sectors listed above.</li><li>Experience selling custom or project-based implementations rather than off-the-shelf licences.</li><li>Working familiarity with a CRM such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce.</li><li>Prior exposure to AI, automation, or software delivery, as a seller, a buyer, or a user.</li><li>Experience opening a new territory or market.</li><li>A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.</li></ul>
