<p>The heavy wheel motor vehicle field service representative (FSR) provides on-site technical support and advice to assigned customers.</p>
<h4>Principal accountabilities</h4>

<p>Under general autonomy and wide scope: The Well Engineering Manager functions as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME), typically at the Country level staying abreast of current industry and PSL technological developments. 2 This position is accountable for the implementation of Engineering processes with respect to quality and integrity assurance. Reviews and maintains HMS processes to ensure the management system remains up-to-date with industry best practices. Responsible for approval of Well Designs and/or Programs and ensures these are in compliance with contracts, as well as, the Company's HMS policies & procedures. Ensures all Operational Activities are adequately evaluated and a full Risk Matrix table with Mitigation plans is completed. Oversees contractor-executed tasks by reviewing CTRs for scope quality, cost, resource utilization, materials, and duration. <h4>Summary of decision rights</h4>
<p>The MA is responsible for stopping unsafe work or plant operations (with escalation to the site engineer or higher when necessary), recommends priority maintenance tasks to ensure safety and reliability, decides which activities enter the 2-week execution schedule, supports MC competency development, contributes to vulnerability assessments, and advises on prioritization of CoW and SIMOPS.</p>

Work schedules are a minimum of 6 days per week and 10 hours per day, while some jobs have higher daily and weekly minimums. Employees must be willing and able to perform physical activities including, but not limited to, heavy lifting and moving of items, parts, assemblies, and equipment up to the safety regulation maximum; climbing in and out of equipment; crawling; and working outdoors. This includes being able to lift and carry 40 pounds of personal protective equipment for extended periods of time and being capable of running and ‘duck & cover’ during emergencies without putting oneself or others at risk.</p>

<p>Welder is responsible for cutting, shaping and putting together a variety of different things related to metalwork and piping and will operate appropriate equipment to put together mechanical structures or parts with a great deal of precision. Welder carries various welding tasks including preparation and execution of welding joint as per welding procedure/system within safety and quality requirements. You may be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore vision and align with our organization s core values.</p><p><strong>Essential Duties & Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Correct tools for proper execution of the work.</li><li>Must be proficient in understanding mechanical drawings.</li><li>While in the work place, responsible for both quality, and safety.</li><li>Capable of using hand grinders to grind weld back to original shape and contour.</li><li>Review quality documents as required.</li><li>Operate and have knowledge of heating torches such as oxy-acetylene and gas torches</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned</li><li>Travel extensively (internationally and domestically)</li><li>Ability and willingness to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required by field assignments</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma or GED (US)</li><li>Comply with ISO certification requirements.</li><li>Experience of power generation (gas/steam turbines) and associated auxiliary equipment is preferable.</li><li>Qualified level.</li><li>Able to successfully perform all requirements of the job properly.</li><li>Possess advanced skills and applies the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of a particular field of specialization.</li><li>Have the ability to effectively operate jacking fixtures/porta power, cranes, forklifts oxygen and acetylene torches/propane</li><li>Experience in welding/grinding of Turbine components and Tig Welding.</li><li>Excellent customer, communication, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and complete multiple projects within time constraints</li><li>Strong organizational skills</li><li>English proficiency required</li></ul>
