Maintain proper records of all permits and associated certificates raised in connection with operation and facility construction activities. Engage with O & M, Construction & Commissioning teams in the on-site monitoring and auditing of permit to work activities.</p><br><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><br><ul> <li>Awareness of priorities, planning and scheduling of works scopes with responsibility to prepare and review all work permit documentation including JSA’s and Site Hazard assessments. </li> <li>Verify permits prior to approval by management team. </li> <li>Identification of plant, equipment, and process isolation requirements within the bounds of the Permit to Work System and in accordance with the O&M Isolation Rules. </li> <li>Liaise with isolating authorities to ensure isolations are implemented Carry out Risk Assessment exercises and direct teams in Toolbox Talks as appropriate. </li> <li>Under direct instruction from O&M Superintendents issue authorized permits. Monitor simultaneous and adjacent work scopes. Resolve of any conflicts between work scopes. </li> <li>Participation in worksite inspections and PTW audits. </li> <li>Ensure that all work permits issued are cross referenced (where applicable) to all interacting activity, and that all concurrent activities are carried out safely. </li> <li>Interface with FOD Operations on Brownfield projects to ensure proper permits are in place and the process is seamless minimizing work delays. </li> <li>Assist with coordination and forward planning to ensure that all permit requirements are pre-planned ready for start of next day's work. </li> <li>Taking a lead role in ensuring the SIMOPS is not compromised by the issue of conflicting permits. </li> <li>Tracks work permits through the entire life cycles from initiation to completion/close-out. </li> <li>Ensure record-keeping requirements are met. <p>NP Iraq is looking for a freelance multimedia expert with the aim to produce visual and outreach products, including shorter videos for social media and a documentary, on the 10 years of work in Iraq. The aim of this documentation is to shed light on stories of impact, learnings, and provide visually appealing materials on examples of the application in the Ninewa context of NP’s methodology – UCP (Unarmed Civilian Protection) while telling the story of how this application has adapted to the different phases on the context as it shifted from crisis emergency mode to stabilisation mode.</p><br> <p><span>Scope of Work</span></p><br>
<p>The multimedia expert will be expected to do the following (but not limited to):</p><br>
<ol>
<li>Preparation and consultations with NP Iraq programme team to scope the range of interviews and agree on workplan and the needed support from NP.</li>
<li>Independently conduct community visits to Ninewa for conducting and recording interviews with stakeholders, insuring collecting informed consent from community members, asking agreed-on questions (which will be prepared in advance with the NP team) as well as the necessary follow-up questions. The expert is expected to work fully independently in these visits while ensuring that the collected material is as comprehensive as needed.</li>
<li>Independently produce a documentary and short clips of human stories and interviews, based on agreed workplan and in alignment with NP’s global communication policies and regulations.</li>
<li>Written outputs contributions after review of interviews and collected materials, in the form of blogs, case studies, briefs or others. Outputs will be designed in audience-appropriate formats for dissemination among private and institutional donors, practitioners, policymakers, Iraqi communities, and researchers.</li>
<li>Adapt and amend material upon review and feedback from NP team as needed.</li>
<li>Any other tasks as needed according to discussions and as agreed on in advance.</li>

<li>Ability to articulate and extract human stories in different forms (written, clips, or social media content).</li>
<li>Fluency in English and Arabic is a must. Kurdish (Kurmanji or Sorani) desired but not mandatory.</li>
<li>Ability to independently travel within Iraq (mostly Erbil and Ninewa governorates) and grant the required movement clearances.</li>

<p>To provide comprehensive project controls, cost estimation and management, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting support for all Drilling, well servicing and Workover activities, ensuring financial discipline, accurate forecasting, and timely decision-making across the wells portfolio.</p><br> <p><span>Responsibilities and Key objectives:</span></p><br>

<li>Prepare inputs to the annual Work Program & Budget (WP&B) and quarterly reforecasts for Drilling and Well Service activities.</li>
<li>Prepare Drilling & Workover cost estimates.</li>
<li>Prepare Drilling & Workover AFE's and ensure approval (internal & external) prior to commencement of Drilling & Workover activities.</li>
<li>Ensure that all approved Drilling & Workover AFE's are uploaded to Procurement and Finance systems in a timely manner.</li>

<li>Respond to a wide variety of ah-hoc Drilling & Workover cost queries from internal and external stakeholders and ensure accurate cost data is provided in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Monitor key cost and schedule performance indicators for wells activities.</li>
