<p>Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for all positions, from identifying hiring needs to the candidate's joining date.<br>Forecasting &amp; Sourcing: Coordinate with hiring managers to forecast and identify vacancies, and develop effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.<br>Job Posting &amp; Screening: Prepare and post job openings on various platforms, screen incoming applications, and shortlist candidates based on defined criteria.<br>Interview Coordination: Arrange and participate in interviews for the selection of candidates.<br>Reference &amp; Background Checks: Initiate and follow up on reference checks and academic verifications for final candidates.<br>Offer Management: Assist in preparing and dispatching offers of appointment, calculating salaries and related benefits.<br>Employer Branding: Assist in managing external communication and employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.<br>Talent Pipeline: Maintain a CV bank and develop talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p><br></p>
