<p>Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Engineer to supervise and execute electrical and instrumentation installation activities on a large-scale construction project. The successful candidate will ensure all installation works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements. Identifies innovative ways to apply HAL technology, service capability and expertise within the context of understanding the reservoir, production and facilities to design new, step-change field exploitation methodologies. Integral member of the multi-discipline Production Team comprised of a reservoir engineer, production geologist and field personnel team. Analyzes production history, well files, production equipment and decline curve analysis and nodal analysis of well performance to estimate remaining recoverable reserves, production and cost of upgrading equipment. Selects and implements production technology, service capability and expertise including completion systems comprised of tubing selection, perforating, sand control and fine migration, matrix stimulation, water control and hydraulic fracturing; artificial lift equipment comprised of sucker-rod lift, gas lift, electrical submersible pumps, subsurface hydraulic pumps, progressing-cavity pumps and plunger lift; real-time surveillance and monitoring systems and waterflooding and other enhanced recovery techniques. <li>Carry out brazing with oxy acetylene set to replace compressors, rectifying copper pipe leaks and modifying refrigerant pipe lines.</li>
<li>Repair or replace defective parts in units and equipment and their controls, including thermostats, automatic switches, fan controls, log switches, damper motors, louvers, relays, filters, controls, belts, compressors, heat exchangers, high limit controls, pressure controls.</li>

<h4>Experience, qualifications & key skills</h4>

<li>Over 15 years’ oil & gas experience, ideally with IOCs</li>
<li>Technical degree or HNC in engineering</li>
<li>Previous experience in maintenance lead or superintendent roles</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, scheduling, and CMMS (Maximo)</li>
<li>Proven leadership of multi-discipline, multicultural teams</li>
<li>Skilled in hazard identification, communication, and priority setting</li>
<li>Results-driven with focus on continuous improvement</li>
<li>Experience in diverse, multilingual environments preferred</li>

<h4>Interfaces</h4>
<p>Collaborate closely with maintenance execution team leader, scheduler, coordinators, work prep specialists, site operations, planning, BOC execution teams, OTL, operations and discipline advisors, service providers, PSCM/materials, and HSE teams to ensure safe, efficient completion of maintenance activities, projects, and emergencies.</p>
<h4>Procedures and processes</h4>
<p>The MA must have strong knowledge of key ROO procedures including work management & CMMS (with deferral process), activity planning and scheduling, CTR procedures, control of work (HWNF, ORA, SORA, containment, ground disturbance, CSE), MOC/EQ process, and GOC.</p>
<h4>Summary of decision rights</h4>
<p>The MA is responsible for stopping unsafe work or plant operations (with escalation to the site engineer or higher when necessary), recommends priority maintenance tasks to ensure safety and reliability, decides which activities enter the 2-week execution schedule, supports MC competency development, contributes to vulnerability assessments, and advises on prioritization of CoW and SIMOPS.</p>

<li>Daily: Morning maintenance, site engineer prioritization, work order validation, afternoon ops & maintenance meetings</li>
<li>Weekly: Team meeting, bi-weekly planning meeting</li>

<li>Monthly: Vulnerabilities meeting</li>
<li>Ad hoc: TAR Bookies Board, TAR Ops, Projects Ops & Safety Review, production losses, and other required meetings</li>
