KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Trade Finance & Banking Facilities <ul>
<li>Lead all trade finance operations across the conglomerate, directing the issuance, negotiation, amendment, and settlement of Letters of Credit (LCs) and Letters of Guarantee (LGs).</li>

<p><h4>Position purpose</h4>
<p>The civil construction lead is responsible for leading and coordinating civil construction activities across assigned projects and work fronts, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient execution in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, project requirements, schedule, quality standards and HSE requirements. The role provides day-to-day leadership to civil construction supervisors and contractors and acts as the primary civil construction focal point reporting to the construction manager.</p>

These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design and engineering capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets.<\/p>\n<p>KBR is operating the Integrated Field Management Services (IFMS) contract at Majnoon Oil Field under the Basrah Oil Company (BOC), delivering comprehensive field support services in one of Iraq's most significant oil-producing regions.<\/p>\n\n<h4>Job purpose<\/h4>\n<p>The badge administrator is responsible for operating field access IT systems at Majnoon Oil Field, including data entry in Arabic and English, issuing field access badges, producing reports, and managing field access documentation to support security operations and business continuity for KBR and Basrah Oil Company (BOC).<\/p>\n\n<h4>Job responsibilities<\/h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Input and maintain data for all field staff and vehicle badges in the access management system (bilingual: Arabic and English).<\/li>\n <li>React promptly to badge deactivation requests received from the BOC Security Manager and DS1 Security Manager.<\/li>\n <li>Review and verify all badge applications for completeness and compliance prior to processing.<\/li>\n <li>Collect and record biometric data for all field personnel prior to badge issuance.<\/li>\n <li>Update badge access permissions in line with directions issued by the DS1 Security Manager.<\/li>\n <li>Identify and report any system faults or technical issues affecting the access control infrastructure.<\/li>\n <li>Maintain and update the HOT (Head of Turn) arrivals register on an ongoing basis.<\/li>\n <li>Generate reports upon request for security, operations, and management stakeholders.<\/li>\n <li>Ensure accurate and timely records of all field vehicle badge data.<\/li>\n <li>Support security team with documentation for field access control and business continuity activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4>Technical qualifications & skills<\/h4>\n\n<p><strong>Education<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bachelor's degree or vocational diploma in a relevant discipline.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n <li>Relevant work experience within the oil and gas industry, preferably in a security or access management role.<\/li>\n <li>Competent in basic document translation between Arabic and English.<\/li>\n <li>Good understanding of data protection requirements and confidentiality obligations.<\/li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multinational environment with strong cultural awareness.<\/li>\n <li>Good professional work ethic and timekeeping.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Computer & software skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n <li>Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).<\/li>\n <li>Capability to operate field access \/ badge management IT systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Language proficiency<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n <li>Arabic \u2014 advanced (verbal and written).
