<p>The Datacenter, Cloud & NetBackup Supervisor is responsible for supervising, administering, supporting, and optimizing data center infrastructure, private and hybrid cloud services, systems platforms, virtualization, enterprise storage, Veritas NetBackup, replication, and disaster recovery services.</p>
<p>The role ensures that data center, cloud, systems, and backup services remain secure, available, scalable, recoverable, and compliant with business continuity requirements, while leading operational improvements, technical documentation, and coordination with vendors and internal teams.</p>
<h4>Duties and responsibilities</h4>
<ul>
<li>Supervise daily data center operations, including servers, racks, power and UPS coordination, cooling, hardware health, asset lifecycle, monitoring, and infrastructure availability.</li>
<li>Administer and support Huawei Cloud Stack services, ManageOne, FusionCompute, resource pools, tenants or projects, compute, storage, virtual networking, identity and access, and platform health.</li>
<li>Manage VMware vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, clusters, templates, high availability, DRS, lifecycle updates, and virtual machine provisioning or decommissioning.</li>
<li>Administer Windows Server and Linux systems, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, patching, hardening, file services, and integration with monitoring and service management platforms.</li>
<li>Manage Veritas NetBackup operations, including master and media servers, clients or agents, policies, schedules, storage units, retention, catalog protection, backup job monitoring, and failure resolution.</li>
<li>Administer enterprise storage platforms, SAN or NAS connectivity, datastores, multipathing, allocation, performance, capacity planning, and integration with virtualization and backup services.</li>
<li>Lead backup, restore, replication, and disaster recovery activities; conduct scheduled recovery tests against approved RPO and RTO targets and maintain evidence of successful recoverability.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot complex infrastructure incidents, analyze logs and alerts, perform root-cause analysis, coordinate corrective actions, manage changes, and maintain complete technical documentation and SOPs.</li>

<p>The post holder is responsible for the daily veterinary care to the K9 Head of Section /Kennel Master of the Airport Canine Explosives & Narcotics Detection Unit. Ensure that K9 Teams are healthy and fit to perform their operational duties efficiently and safely. This is a key Iraqi national role and includes managing the full parameters of the veterinary programs to ensure that the Explosive & Narcotics Detection Canines are ‘Fit for Purpose’ and capable of performing their operational delivery. The incumbent should also possess the ability to forge relationships with peers and stakeholders (primarily the MOI K9 Veterinary and Licensing Directorate). The postholder plays a critical role in the readiness of Canines.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
a) Veterinary Care: Monitor health, nutrition, veterinary care and psychological well-being of all canines.
b) Conduct Physical Examinations: Perform thorough physical exams to assess the overall health of dogs.
c) Diagnose Illnesses and Injuries: Identify and diagnose health issues through various laboratory tests, such as blood tests, urinalysis, biopsies, X-rays, MRI and ultrasounds.
d) Administer Vaccinations: Provide necessary vaccinations to protect dogs from infectious diseases.
e) Perform Surgeries: Conduct surgeries, including routine procedures like spaying and neutering, as well as emergency surgeries

<p>Under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission and direct supervision of the Senior Programme Coordinator (Head of Peace, Recovery and Solutions Division), and in cooperation with relevant departments at Headquarters (HQs) and Regional Office (RO), the Senior Programme Manager will be responsible and accountable for the overall coordination and management of the Programme and will oversee all aspects of the Programme development and implementation, including but not limited to monitoring, reporting, extensive high-level stakeholder liaison, staff supervision and advancement of new initiatives within the Programme and in global context. In addition, the Senior Programme Manager will actively contribute to IOM’s global programming for the design, implementation, oversight, and coordination of Durable Solutions and DDRR aspects with other active programmes of the Country Office. The Senior Programme Manager (Durable Solutions and DDRR Coordinator) will oversee the programme support functions and will provide expert support and advice for the development of strategic plans of the Country Office.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><p>1. Provide strategic oversight and management to ensure progress toward intended results, promote successful practices for replication, and address underperformance with corrective measures.</p><p><br></p><p>2. Provide leadership and ensure coordination across and between different organizational units, including other Country Offices implementing project activities, Regional Offices providing technical oversight and guidance, and technical divisions at HQs.</p><p><br></p><p>3. Consult regularly with key stakeholders, including Unit Heads, Specialists, and Programme staff, to refine strategy, enhance effectiveness, and build synergies with other IOM projects.</p><p><br></p><p>4. Ensure the Programme implementation reflects current best practices and IOM’s policies and instructions, as advised by relevant technical experts and divisions, and contribute to policy development by preparing policy input and sharing lessons learned derived from Programme implementation.</p><p><br></p><p>5. Represent the Programme in the various coordination mechanisms, raise issues for discussion, provide progress updates, and implement decisions and guidance effectively.</p><p><br></p><p>6. Ensure Programme compliance with IOM’s project management policies, including Human Resources (HR), Financial Management, donor reporting, and risk management.</p><p><br></p><p>7. Support the creation of a culture of monitoring, evaluation, and learning within the Programme. Encourage identification of lessons learned and best practices, promote action-oriented research, and facilitate real-time incorporation of knowledge and learning into Programme implementation.</p><p><br></p><p>8. Build relationships with stakeholders, represent IOM at events, highlight achievements, and manage external communication.</p><p><br></p><p>9. Perform such other duties as may be assigned.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><p>Required Qualifications and Experience</p><p><br></p><p><b>Education</b></p><p><br></p><p>Master’s degree in Management, Social Science, Law, International Relations, Regional Studies or a related field from an accredited academic institution with seven years of relevant professional experience; or,</p><p>University degree in the above fields with nine years of relevant professional experience.</p><p>Accredited Universities are those listed in the UNESCO World Higher Education Database.</p><p><br></p><p>Experience</p><p><br></p><p>Extensive experience in programme formulation, implementation, and evaluation;</p><p>Demonstrated managerial experience in staff management;</p><p>Proven record of establishing and maintaining good working relationships with governmental and diplomatic authorities, national, regional, and international institutions, international agencies (i.e., UN), and civil society organizations;</p><p>Proven work experience in a rapid transition or post-conflict area;</p><p>Experience in project development, implementation, and reporting, including financial and budgetary aspects; and,</p><p>Familiarity with inter-agency programme regulations of the UN and other donors.</p><p><b> </b></p><p><b><br></b></p><p><b>Skills</b></p><p><br></p><p>In-depth knowledge of the broad range of migration-related subject areas dealt with by the Organization;</p><p>Excellent judgment, ability to analyze information and make decisions rapidly to resolve operational problems;</p><p>Efficiency, flexibility, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to adhere to strict deadlines;</p><p>Proven leadership, management, and coordination capacity; and</p><p>Advanced computer skills and proficiency in spreadsheet and database applications.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><h2><br></h2>
