<p>Demonstrates client etiquette, discipline and Control Risks low profile approach; Possesses up to date knowledge of threat and key issues in Iraq. Conducts Vehicle and Dismounted Contact and Immediate Action Drills. Possesses competent Navigation skills including map, compass and use of GPS. <p>The UN Secretary-General launched on 1 January 2019 a bold and new global reform which repositioned the UN Development System to deliver more effectively and efficiently with the achievement of the 2030 Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals. <p>The commercial Team Leader (TL) supports and assists the Operations Manager, Baghdad in the day-to-day management of region-wide commercial operations and specified projects. <h4>Working and Living Conditions</h4>
<p>This position may be located in a war zone, in an environment with harsh and dangerous working and living conditions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may regularly be exposed to extreme and austere desert-like environment. Temperatures can reach 120-130 degrees Fahrenheit/50-55 degrees Celsius during the summer months. Employees must be willing and able to perform regular job requirements in this austere, extreme environment, as well as willing and able to deploy to Iraq for extended periods.<br>
