<p>In this role, you ll work with department managers and supervisors to deliver the program s preventative medicine plan. Your responsibilities will span food service, water purification, potable water, and ice plant operations, combining inspections and records review with disease prevention and environmental health activities.</p><h3>Position Title: Preventative Medicine Specialist or Technician</h3><p>Assignment Location: Onsite in Balad, Iraq; relocation required.</p><p>Work Environment: Work is normally performed in a deployed work environment.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Provide food and water safety support and subject matter expertise for the dining facility, retail concession restaurants and stores, reverse osmosis water purification unit, potable water operations, and ice plant operations.</li><li>Evaluate sanitation practices and preventative hygiene measures for dining facility customers and workers.</li><li>Inspect storage areas and food packaging, and inspect or review food and water deliveries.</li><li>Review water test results and collaborate on activities to prevent foodborne and waterborne illnesses. <p>The GSE Electrician Technician is responsible for performing electrical preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on all Ground Support Equipment across the airport.
This includes 12V/24V/48V DC systems, AC electrical systems, control panels, sensors, alternators, starters, wiring harnesses, ECUs, and electrical components related to diesel/electric GSE.
The role ensures the electrical systems of all GSE units are reliable, safe, and operational to support continuous airport operations.
o Performs electrical maintenance and repair of all GSE electrical systems, including:
o GPUs (400Hz/28V DC) electrical circuits
o ASU electrical systems
o Pushback tractors electrical/electronic components
o Belt loaders, baggage tractors, and high-lift trucks
o Lavatory/water trucks electrical systems
o Battery-operated GSE
o Troubleshoots electrical faults related to:
o Fuses, relays, connectors
o Alternators, starters, batteries
o Controllers, ECUs, sensors

o Ensures electrical systems comply with OEM standards and airport safety rules.</p><p>A skilled Electrical Technician with 2-3 years of experience in GSE, heavy vehicles, or industrial equipment maintenance, possessing strong expertise in electrical troubleshooting, batteries, charging systems, wiring, and electronic controls. The candidate should be capable of independently diagnosing and repairing faults while ensuring equipment availability, operational reliability, and compliance with airport safety standards.
Education: Diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology or Automotive Electrical Systems.
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in electrical maintenance on GSE, heavy vehicles, or industrial equipment. Strong knowledge of DC/AC automotive electrical systems. Experience in fault finding, wiring, and control systems.
