Patients’ Support</p><p>• Escalate complicated eligibility requests that cause patient dissatisfaction with the objective of enhancing and facilitating the delivery of healthcare services</p><p>• Understand all relevant procedures and guidelines to assure the optimal and timely delivery of healthcare services to patients</p><p>3. Providers’ Helpdesk</p><p>• Identify systems related problems from feedback of providers (i*Care users)</p><p>• Give support to Providers concerning eligibility difficulties ranging from defaulting equipment to document collection</p><p>4. Complaint Handling</p><p>• Facilitate resolution of complaints/requests for Patients and Providers</p><p>• Respond to suggestions, complaints and compliments submitted by patients and providers and offer positive support to involved staff</p><p>• Gather, analyze and report daily complaints. Determine reoccurrences and take corrective action</p><p>• Participate in committees, work groups, and/or process improvement teams which improve patient satisfaction</p><p>5. The Transition and Recovery Division (TRD) within International Organization for Migration (IOM) Iraq works to remove the initial obstacles to Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) return in Iraq s post-conflict areas and lay the foundation for longer-term recovery, economic development and reconstruction in general. Under the overall supervision of the Head, TRD in Baghdad, the direct supervision of the Senior Operations Coordinator (Return & Recovery) in Erbil` and in coordination with relevant units in IOM Iraq, the Programme Officer (Cash Based Interventions (CBI)) will have the overall responsibility for the development and maintenance of IOM Iraq's cash-based assistance systems and portfolio. Advise the technical units, Regional Coordinators and divisions on integrating CBIs into operational plans and strategies to efficiently meet programme objectives, liaising with technical sectors. Establish and maintain a network of strategic partnerships (e.g. Government agencies, United Nations (UN) partners, international non-governmental organizations (INGOs), research institutions, private sector entities) to ensure complementarity in the assessment, design and implementation of CBIs. <li>Additionally, directs work and decisions from the Drilling and Workover, Facilities and Projects, Production, Contracts and Government Relations and HSE teams. Supervises the Facilities, Wells, Workovers, Maintenance, Logistics, HSE and other operations managers.</li>
<li>Requires the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with company-wide team members, professionals, and senior leadership as well as with external stakeholders such as partners, clients, national oil companies, and government departments.</li>
<li>Over time, will become very knowledgeable of HAL technologies and solutions experience together with the exploitation methodologies and technologies other companies apply. </li>
