<p>The post holder is responsible for the delivery of Ground Security training programs to the Response team through courses and workshops, ensuring that all Response Team Security staff are well-trained with weapons and basic tactics, incident responses and capable of performing their duties efficiently and safely. <p>The commercial Team Leader (TL) supports and assists the Operations Manager, Baghdad in the day-to-day management of region-wide commercial operations and specified projects. The commercial TL has a major impact on how potential clients assess the capabilities of Control Risks and as such is responsible for setting and maintaining the highest standards of team presentation and capability.
