<p>Job Responsibilities:</p><p>1. Review installation quality of ATC equipment and complete pre-power-on acceptance; verify power supply, signal links and earthing systems to meet civil aviation standards for equipment power-on commissioning.</p><p>2. Conduct standalone power-on, hardware self-test, program loading, parameter configuration and functional commissioning for VHF air-ground communication, intercom dispatching, ATC recording, secondary radar surveillance, surface surveillance and ATC automatic processing systems.</p><p>3. Perform cross-discipline joint commissioning across multiple systems to realize data interconnection, business linkage and signal synchronization among ATC automation, radar surveillance, air-ground communication and dispatching intercom systems.</p><p>4. Test main/standby redundancy switching, fault alarms, emergency switchover and business fault tolerance functions to ensure uninterrupted air traffic control operations.</p><p>5. Support flight calibration of ATC systems, track calibration parameters, optimize equipment settings and rectify non-compliant items to align with civil aviation operational technical standards.</p><p>6. Provide on-site support during the trial operation of full ATC systems; real-time monitor radar targets, air-ground communication channels, automated flight tracks and dispatching workstation status.</p><p> </p><p>Job Requirements:</p><p>1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering, Automation or related fields; graduates from 985/211 universities are preferred.</p><p><strong>2. </strong>Fluent in English.</p><p><strong>3. </strong>3Minimum 3–5 years of commissioning and operational experience on at least one 4D or higher-class civil aviation airport.</p><p><strong>4. </strong>4Proficient in technical standards and specifications issued by ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) and CAAC (Civil Aviation Administration of China).</p><p><strong>5. </strong>Capable of multi-system interface coordination; able to resolve issues involving system communication, protocol docking and building automation.</p><p><strong>6. </strong>Experience in commissioning weak current systems, information integration, BHS baggage handling, security inspection, ATC, meteorology and related systems.</p><p> </p><p><strong>7. </strong>Strong communication and coordination skills, high sense of responsibility, excellent execution and team spirit.8. <p>Overview ***This position will be physically located in Iraq in support of LOGCAP.*** Under the supervision of the PMO Quality Senior Manager, the Quality Manager is responsible to provide a Total Quality Management System that anticipates & resolves potential quality problems & provides continuous oversight necessary to perform throughout the LOGCAP AOR. Oversee all quality-related functions, including Program-level Quality Surveillance/Audit, Customer Feedback Program, process Improvements, Document Control. This position also coordinates activities with various intermediate managers throughout the program. Responsibilities This position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company. + Provides expert knowledge and experience in running a comprehensive Quality Management system for the program. + Possess the technical ability to develop executive Corrective Action Plan in response to third party nonconformance reports (NCR). + Coordinates the correction of minor problems with the functional area managers and acts as liaison with the Government Contract Officer Representatives (CORs) and Quality Assurance Representatives (QARs). + Evaluate how overall work center performance is meeting Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements. + Implements ISO 9001:2015 Standards. + Ensures processes and procedures required are executed in compliance with project specifications, standards and safety and security requirements. + Review Work-center Plans, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Internal Operating Procedures (IOP) and Work Instructions (WI), to ensure they provide proper operational information and direction for performing all tasks. + Ensures QA Audit plans, and corrective actions are identified where any non-conformities or process deviations are identified and follow up these to conclusion. <p>Job Responsibilities:<br>1. Inspect machine room power distribution, UPS circuits, cabinet power distribution, earthing resistance and environmental facilities to confirm all weak current systems meet preconditions for power-on commissioning.<br>2. <p><strong>Emergency Response and Crisis Management Plans</strong> Maintain, review, and update the organization s emergency response, crisis management, and business continuity plans to ensure operational readiness and effective risk mitigation.</p>
<p><strong>Training and Development</strong> Trains and coaches designated teams in the following at a minimum: Fire and explosion response; Confined space and at height rescue; Vehicle Accident Response; Hazardous Substance Spill Response; Toxic Gas Release including H2S; Health related emergencies in coordination with the Medical and Health Superintendent and field location-based Medics; Security related incidents in coordination with the BU Security Manager and field-based security personnel; IT related incidents in coordination with the Chief Information Officer. Coordinates the maintenance of the ER capability of BU Incident Management locations through document management, management of the IT infrastructure and boards in the individual locations, and coordinates, plans, and schedules training to ensure that nominated personnel can effectively use the resources at these locations. Has fulfilled a similar role and can provide references of capability. Experience in a range of tactical response matters, i.e., firefighting, country evacuation, pollution response including Oil Spill Response, fatality management, security or civil crisis response, road traffic collisions, confined space, and rescues from height.</p>
