The job holder will be responsible for fostering a culture of learning and accountability, developing mechanisms for data collection, analysis, and feedback, coordinating with relevant departments, as well as supporting financial oversight, compliance, innovation, and continuous development.</p><p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>The <strong>PMEAL Manager</strong> provides strategic leadership, oversight, and coordination for all planning, monitoring, evaluation, and learning functions at the Iraqi Red Crescent Society. This role ensures that the Society's programs and operations are evidence-based, results-oriented, accountable, and compliant with the IRCS strategic plan and movement standards.</p><p>The PMEAL Manager plays a pivotal role in embedding a culture of learning, coordinating strategic and operational planning, and establishing monitoring, evaluation, and feedback mechanisms across the organization. <p>The Emergency Room Nurse Health Field Officer supports the implementation of functional Emergency Departments by strengthening triage, infection prevention and control (IPC), patient flow, referrals, documentation, and staff capacity.
