<p>Overview This position is physically located in Iraq Supervises an Air Travel Section for a US Government contract by providing strong leadership of all operations in the Travel Section. The Air Pax Specialist (lead) shall be able to read and interpret military orders and be familiar with and train subordinates on applicable booking regulations and Official Travel documentation requirements. Must be knowledgeable in JTF Regulations as well as local and Global Travel Program regulations and policies. Must also be knowledgeable with the Fly America Act. Must provide oversight and direction of personnel and subcontractors. The Heavy Equipment Operator operates heavy equipment, such as cranes, clamshells, power shovels, motor graders, heavy loaders, carryalls, bulldozers, rollers, scrapers, and large industrial tractors with pan or scrapper attachments. Equipment is used to excavate, load, or move dirt, gravel, or non-hazardous and hazardous materials. The Heavy Equipment also uses equipment such as cranes or lifts to put non-hazardous waste into large incinerators or open air burn pits when directed. Operator may read and interpret grade and slope stakes and simple plans, and may grease, adjust, and make emergency repairs to equipment. Work as an integral collaborative member of a project team faithfully carrying out the activities that would be expected of a qualified senior professional. Such duties include, but will not be limited to.</p></li><li><p>Defining, recording and maintaining by appropriate means project brief information from the client and/or other relevant parties to determine design input information.</p></li><li><p>Preparing feasibility studies, building services strategy documents, fee proposals, and briefing documents, as necessary. </p></li><li><p>The preparation of tender information to include services layouts, schematics and accompanying documents i.e., specifications; generally using BIM models where practical. </p></li><li><p>Preparing detailed designs and/or construction details for whole (traditional) projects, buildings, elements or components, including associated specifications, schedules, calculations and the like; generally using BIM models where practical. </p></li><li><p>Clearly communicating by appropriate means proposed solutions to all design team members.</p></li><li><p>Attending meetings, taking, preparing, checking, and issuing minutes where required.</p></li><li><p>Acting as the point of contact for own discipline with other Lead. </p></li><li><p>Preparing and coordinating discipline work stage programs for the design process. </p></li><li><p>Coordinating the design of constructional elements including work by other disciplines and consultants, specialists, or suppliers. </p></li><li><p>Coordinating and managing a team to undertake stage 5 sub-contractor MEP BIM Deliverables packages. </p></li><li><p>Ensuring the form and content of design outputs, their interfaces and verification procedures are in accordance with the requirements of the PQP. </p></li><li><p>Contribute to the Consultant Appointment process to identify necessary fees. </p></li><li><p>Ensure the allocated project resources for which you are responsible return a profit, but without risk to the company.
