<li>Input into anomaly assessment and resolution plans.</li>
<li>Monitors condition monitoring data and health of static and rotating equipment and associated operating envelopes, recording and investigating all safe operating limit excursions.</li>
<li>Monitors static/rotating equipment KPIs and initiates corrective actions as necessary.</li>
<li>Provides mechanical support to technical management of change (MoCs) and engineering queries.</li>
<li>Acts as technical interface with projects and modifications organisation, including development of statement of requirements (SOR), project initiation requests (PIRs), and decision support packages (DSP).</li>
<li>Supports delivery of production efficiency improvement and defect elimination processes (including simple investigations for deferrals and vulnerabilities).</li>
<li>Identifies production vulnerabilities and optimization opportunities to support production forecast and grow installed production capacity (IPC).</li>
<li>Performs follow-up actions and observations from self-verification checks that are related to mechanical engineering.</li>
<li>Participates in start up readiness and assurance reviews.</li>
<li>Provides coaching to junior engineers.</li>

<h4>Experience, Qualifications & Key Skills</h4>
<ul>
<li>Above 10 years experience in oil and gas industry (preferably with international oil companies direct or contract).</li>
<li>Professional (chartered) engineer preferred.</li>
<li>Technical degree in mechanical engineering or allied engineering subject.</li>
<li>Experience in previous asset engineering or operations support engineering role.</li>
<li>Practical exposure to production facilities.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, interpersonal and coaching skills.</li>
<li>Strong bias for being proactive and getting results.</li>
<li>Excellent IT skills – office suite, document management, applications for computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and change management.</li>

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
