<p>The Disposal operator will be based at Amentum Baghdad Embassy Compound (BEC) in Baghdad, Iraq, and serve the Base Life Support Services contract in support of the State Department. This position will report to the Disposal Yard Manager. <p>The operations manager will be based at one of the three Amentum sites in Iraq and serve the Operations and Maintenance Support Services (OMSS) contract in support of the U.S. Department of State. This position will be responsible for taking ownership of all site operational responsibilities to include directing the daily performance of the organization, planning, scheduling and training processes to meet the requirements of the contract. This position will report to the OMSS program manager. The duties and responsibilities listed below are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive.</p>

Key Accountabilities</b></p><br><br><p><b>3.1 Accommodation Operations</b></p><br><br><ul><li>Manage day‑to‑day operations of the female dormitory, ensuring compliance with KBR Camp Management Plans and Camp Standards.</li><li>Control and monitor room allocation, occupancy levels, and resident movements.</li><li>Ensure accommodation facilities meet cleanliness, comfort, and maintenance standards at all times.</li><li>Coordinate timely rectification of maintenance defects with Facilities and Maintenance teams.</li></ul><p><b>3.2 Housekeeping & Staff Supervision</b></p><br><br><ul><li>Supervise housekeeping personnel assigned to female accommodation areas.</li><li>Monitor performance, attendance, work quality, and compliance with HSE requirements.</li><li>Ensure adequate housekeeping coverage in line with occupancy levels and project manpower.</li></ul><br><p><b>3.3 Resident Welfare & Conduct</b></p><br><br><ul><li>Act as the designated welfare contact for female residents.</li><li>Enforce dormitory rules, company Code of Conduct, and site policies fairly and consistently.</li><li>Address resident complaints and concerns promptly, escalating where required through proper channels.</li><li>Maintain a respectful, harassment‑free living environment aligned with Client and KBR Ethics & Compliance requirements.</li></ul><p><b>3.4 Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)</b></p><br><br><ul><li>Ensure dormitory compliance with KBR HSE Management and Client HSE Procedures.</li><li>Conduct routine inspections to identify unsafe conditions, hygiene risks, or non‑compliance.</li><li>Participate in emergency response actions, including fire drills, evacuations, and muster roll calls.</li><li>Report incidents, near misses, and observations using approved reporting systems.</li></ul><p><b>3.5 Security & Access Control</b></p><br><br><ul><li>Coordinate with Site Security to maintain controlled and restricted access to female accommodation areas.</li><li>Ensure privacy and cultural sensitivities are respected at all times.</li></ul><p><b>3.6 Administration & Reporting</b></p><br><br><ul><li>Maintain accurate records of room occupancy, check‑in/check‑out, incidents, and complaints.</li><li>Prepare and submit reports as required by Camp Management and Client Representatives.</li><li>Support Client, Internal Audit, and HSE inspections.</li></ul><br><p><b>4. Authority</b></p><br><br><ul><li>Authority to enforce accommodation rules within designated female dormitory areas.</li><li>Authority to raise work requests, HSE observations, and non‑conformance reports related to accommodation services.</li><li>No financial or disciplinary authority unless delegated by Camp Management.</li></ul><br><p><b>5. Minimum Qualifications</b></p><br><br><ul><li>High School Certificate or equivalent (Hospitality, Facilities Management, or Administration certification preferred).</li><li>HSE awareness training (Fire Safety, First Aid awareness – advantage).</li></ul><br><p><b>6. Experience Requirements</b></p><br><br><ul><li>Minimum <b>3–5 years of experience</b> in camp services, accommodation supervision, or hospitality facility management.</li><li>Previous experience on remote industrial sites (oil & gas, EPC/EPCM, construction, or mining) preferred.</li><li>Experience working under <b>major IOCs or in Majnoon oil field</b> is an advantage.</li></ul><br><p><b>7. Competencies & Skills</b></p><br><br><ul><li>Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to manage sensitive welfare matters professionally and confidentially.</li><li>Knowledge of basic middle East labour welfare expectations (accommodation, hygiene, worker rights).</li><li>Proficiency in basic MS Office applications (Word, Excel, email).</li><li>Cultural awareness and ability to work in a multinational environment.</li><li>Ability to work independently in a remote site environment.</li></ul><br><br><br> </div>
