<li>Planning and executing medical education activities — from congress symposia to standalone scientific events — while supporting speaker development, emerging KOL growth, and publication activities including abstracts, presentations, and manuscripts</li>
<li>Deliver scientific information to HCPs and experts; align HCP/KOL engagement with the brand event calendar; respond to medical information requests; and support the sales team with scientific and clinical questions on NN marketed products and disease awareness. </li>
<li>Owning one-to-one digital scientific engagement with DOLs, tailoring discussions to their online behaviours, preferred content formats, and platform dynamics, and activating them around key data moments through agile, compliant execution</li>
<li>Translating complex clinical evidence into clear, structured scientific narratives suited to digital contexts, while maintaining scientific accuracy, balance, and compliance at all times</li>
<li>Gathering and synthesising insights from digital interactions, DOL activity, and competi-tor intelligence to inform national and local medical and marketing strategies</li>
<li>Assessing and mapping local cardiometabolic standards of care to identify gaps, support-ing care pathway improvements across screening, diagnosis, referral, and access, and engaging medical associations to advance guideline-directed therapy</li>
<li>Delivering internal medical training to Sales, Access, and cross-functional teams to strengthen scientific understanding and ensure consistent, compliant communication<br>Supporting medical readiness across the full product lifecycle — from pre-launch through to post-launch — and coordinating cycle planning meetings and capability-building initia-tives</li>

<p>In Product & Portfolio Strategy we drive commercial strategy, medical affairs and business devel-opment across our therapy areas. We act as a connector and compass, guiding the new Novo Nordisk portfolio for sustained competitiveness upstream, and maximising portfolio potential through successful commercial strategies and competitive launches downstream.<br>Within this area, the Cardiometabolic Medical Affairs team plays a pivotal role in shaping how Novo Nordisk's diabetes and obesity portfolio is positioned within the broader Cardio-Metabolic-Renal approach. The Point of contact for the M&E and Department for all matters relating to contracts, contracting and procurement and interface with PSCM. Assists the M&E Teams by developing and managing Contracting and Procurement (C&P) strategies and plans that align with M&E Department strategic performance objectives. <p>The Reporting Engineer position is within the Project Control Organization of the project reporting to the Planning & Reporting Manager.</p>
<h4>Job dimensions</h4>
<p>The Reporting Engineer is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting project performance data to support decision-making and ensure transparency across all phases of the CSSP project. The role contributes to the timely and accurate delivery of internal and external reports, dashboards, and KPIs, including HSE and risk-related metrics.</p>
<p>In addition, the Reporting Engineer is responsible for supporting project digitalization and information management initiatives, ensuring the effective governance, quality, accessibility, and integration of project information across all participating organizations. The position oversees the Information Management Assistant function and promotes the efficient use of digital collaboration platforms, reporting systems, document management tools, and data-sharing solutions to enhance project execution and stakeholder alignment.</p>
<p>The role acts as a focal point between Project Controls, Engineering, Construction, HSE, Contractors, and Company stakeholders to ensure consistency, traceability, and reliability of project data and information throughout the project lifecycle.</p>
<p>Iraq Common Seawater Supply Project (CSSP) intends to provide treated seawater to the oil fields in southern Iraq (for injection). CSSP is composed of water pipelines which are part of Basra Oil Company (BOC) scope of work, and the Water Infrastructure Project (WIP), previously named STF (Seawater Treatment Facilities). The WIP will be located on the west side of the Khor Al Zubair, upstream of the port of Umm Qasr.</p>
<p>The major components of the WIP include seawater intake and outfall structures, material offloading facility, seawater clarification, filtration and deoxygenating processes, shipping pumps, a fuel gas pipeline, power generation, utilities and non-process.</p>
<p>The budget of the WIP is circa $3 billion.</p>
<p>The Reporting Engineer is expected to commence duties in the 3rd quarter of 2026 and will be based in Basra.</p>
