<p>To assist in the supervision of professional firefighting and emergency response watches, in support of Majnoon Field Development.</p>
<h4>Duties and responsibilities</h4>
<ul>
<li>Attend meetings and administrative duties, in the absence of Watch Supervisor.</li>
<li>Ensure positive fire watch handovers.</li>
<li>Update watch on daily activities and duties.</li>
<li>Assist with watch tasking and ensure duties are being conducted efficiently.</li>
<li>Assist to ensure fire team watch personnel and resources/materials are available for approved and scheduled high risk activities and emergency incidents.</li>
<li>Assist with all fire and ERT watch administration.</li>
<li>Be reachable at all times (phone/radio) in preparation for emergency response during their work rotation.</li>
<li>Ensure MFD fire vehicles and equipment inspections are conducted and findings recorded.</li>
<li>Attend HSE meetings where required, in the absence of Watch Supervisor.</li>
<li>Assist with the running of daily emergency drills.</li>
<li>Assist MLC with fire and emergency response training courses, if required.</li>
<li>Carry out additional tasks expected from a modern fire and emergency response team assistant watch supervisor, including but not limited to: oil spill, environmental incidents and other critical infrastructure support.</li>
<li>Assist with personnel development of the fire and ER watch.</li>
<li>Deputise as the focal point at any emergency incidents, and be able to brief management on incident status.</li>

<h4>Qualification and training requirements</h4>
<ul>
<li>Basic or advanced international firefighting accreditation (JOIFF etc).</li>
<li>Incident/On Scene Commander.</li>
<li>SCBA user.</li>
<li>Oil spill response.</li>
<li>First aid.</li>
<li>DDT (if required to drive on duty).</li>
<li>MFD induction training (ERW).</li>
