<p>The minimum requirements covered by the entire expert team or expert for the completion of SO1 are detailed below:</p>
<p><em>Required Qualifications and Competencies:</em></p>
<ul>
<li>Higher education degree in statistics, demography, development economics, economic geography or related disciplines, proficiency in statistical processing and analysis tools</li>
<li>Excellent understanding of gender inequality issues and how they relate</li>
<li>with territorial dynamics.</li>
<li>Strong methodological design skills (development of analytical frameworks,</li>
<li>definition of indicators, structuring of comparative analyses).</li>
</ul>
<p><em>Specific professional experience:</em></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven expertise (minimum 6 years) in the analysis of socio-economic inequalities, including gender inequalities.</li>
<li>Proven experience in the development of methodological frameworks and the construction of gender-specific indicators adapted to fine territorial analyses (municipalities, circles, provinces).</li>
<li>Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in the exploitation, processing and analysis of data from large-scale censuses and/or surveys, including harmonization and temporal comparison exercises (e.g. RGPH 2PHONE_NUMBER).</li>
<li>Expertise in spatial analysis and mapping of territorial inequalities (production of thematic maps, territorial typologies, identification of priority areas).</li>
<li>Experience in formulating operational recommendations in support of public policies and territorial planning.</li>
<li>Experience in institutional contexts or with public administrations (strong asset).</li>
<li>Experience in developing dashboards and visualization tools is desired</li>
<li>(ideally interactive).</li>
</ul>
<p><em>Language and technical skills:</em></p>
<ul>
<li>Advanced proficiency in statistical processing and analysis tools (R, STATA or equivalent).</li>
<li>Proficiency in spatial analysis tools and geographic information systems (GIS)</li>
<li>(ArcGIS, QGIS, or equivalent).</li>
<li>Good command of data visualization and dashboard development tools (Power BI, Tableau or equivalent) is desired.</li>
<li>Ability to manage, document and harmonize complex and large databases.</li>

<p><strong><em>Expert 2 in connection with deliverable 2: CAT II: MEGC Economist Sectoral Dynamics and Gender Integration</em></strong></p>

<li>Higher education diploma in economics, econometrics, statistics, economics of economics</li>
<li>development or related disciplines.</li>
<li>Excellent understanding of the challenges of structural transformation, growth</li>
<li>and sector analysis.</li>
<li>Good knowledge of gender inequality issues and their integration into the</li>
<li>economic analyses.</li>
</ul>
<p><em>Specific professional experience :</em></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven expertise (minimum 6 years) in structural analysis and sectoral dynamics</li>
<li>with the integration of the gender dimension.</li>
