<p>Overview This position is physically located in Balad, Iraq The Operations Coordinator, Sr. - Maximo is involved in several key functions within the Maximo Operations for the Task Order, DPW Department that enable the delivery of high-quality services to end users, as well as ensuring Service Lifecycle processes, functions, and best practices are established and executed effectively and efficiently to meet the business needs. This position is a critical stakeholder facing role that requires establishment and management of expectations at all levels within the business, both internal and external, enabling the Directorate to meet or exceed those expectations to highest possible standard. Responsibilities This position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company. + Primary responsible individual to obtain and maintain focus on aligning Maximo Operations for the project, DPW Department services with the needs of business; establishes and executes requirements from line of business customers to established standards. + Provides regular and accurate reporting on business requirements and ensures proper integration with Maximo Service and Support. + Makes recommendations for Service Improvement Plans and ensures actions are executed to standard and in accordance with established completion timelines. + Supports Maximo Team in program implementations, assist in module testing where required, and provide program post implementation support. Be prepared to travel to assist post implementation support. + Support Department efforts for continual improvement of the Work Control, Asset, supply and Procurement Management environment. + Works with internal and external Customer Teams to ensure required actions are planned, executed, and successfully completed to protect and improve Work Control Management levels. + Be an ambassador for MAXIMO, working across business and Customer lines, effectively communicating, and building relationships with other Teams to enhance partnership, Operational Excellence (OpEx), and resource utilization. + Support DPW Department in departmental planning and development of program monitoring processes. + Develop WCM training program to align/standardize skillsets across the team. + Work with the DPW Department to coordinate and supervise daily WCM operations. + Provide monthly Program work order assessment reports utilizing PowerPoint and Excel. + Assist DPW Department analyzing Asset Management, Inventory, materials, Job Plans and PM schedules. + Assist DPW Department analyzing program work order flow, identify areas of concern and provide action plans to correct workflow process. + Assist in maintaining the Master PM job plan library, reviewing program job plans to ensure they are aligned with WCM standards. + Provide aid for the Vectrus mobile solution, training and improving processes to both Maximo and Program employees, be prepared to travel for hands on training guidance. Qualifications + Minimum Qualifications: One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required. + High School diploma or (1) year related experience + Experience: + Must have at least one (1) year experience in Maximo Asset Management 2.0. or related CMMS Systems. + Skills + Must have strong working knowledge of work control processes, functions, and best practices + Must have strong understanding of Government terminology and principles. + Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and related applications. + Experienced, Work Control Management Professional with a passion for Service Improvement. + Strong knowledge of Maximo and CMMS systems. + Excellent Customer facing and Customer Service skills. + Excellent people management and organizational skills. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Able to work under pressure and meet established deadlines. + Able to demonstrate a high degree of flexibility, including shift and after-hours working. + Able to effectively manage and prioritize tasks and utilize resources efficiently. + Able to assume responsibility, demonstrate initiative, and self-motivate. + Able to maintain a professional and proactive approach to daily tasks. + Working Conditions: + Work is generally conducted in a work center administrative environment. However, duties may occasionally involve working outside with a potential exposure to extreme temperatures. Normal work week is 72 hours but may be required to work overtime. + Indoor and/or outdoor environment with very adverse and harsh conditions (i.e., hot, dry, dusty, desert environment with average temperatures of 30 degrees in the winter and 130 degrees in the summer months). + Includes some industrial production environment conditions as well. + In addition, visual acuity, hearing, and speaking requirements are required. + Physical Requirements: + Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
