Review of maintenance specifications based on internal and International Standards, best practices, Legislative and statutory act of the Republic of Iraq, internal policy and regulations of ZFOD Your employment contract will be managed by Eni International Resources Ltd (EIRL).</p><p>Main responsibilities : Analyses approved PA-GA systems and Instrument data transmission Network work requests and definition of work to be executed in their respect Establishes necessary resources to execute each work (manpower, materials, tools, contractors, etc.) Checks the availability of materials with respect to the established work dates Executes the weekly work scheduling and distribution to the concerned units Carry out independently or with the support of contractors the work to check and to eliminate the faults in ICSS data transmission networks, public address systems including loudspeakers network, beacons, microphones, structured cabling systems, fibre optics and Data Network equipment such as, but not limited to, fibre-optic cables, fibre-optic patch panels, routers, network switches. Supervision and coordination of Contractor`s activities and work feedback analysis in order to improve maintenance plans, efficiency and processes Knowledge of international standards applied to the oil industry in respect of Telecom Network and PA-GA systems. <p>Under direct supervision: The Well Engineer is responsible for well proposals and the Basis of Design. Provides Operation Plans and prepares Programs as well as assures technical integrity of Operations planning and execution. Responsible for the day-to-day surveillance of operations. Responsible for the creation of Approval for Expenditure (AFE) and performs cost control of operations. Participates in risk assessment, forecasts and plans medium and long term needs to meet program requirements, and anticipates operational changes and needs. <p>Under the overall guidance of the Project Manager and the direct supervision of the Lead Civil Engineer, the Civil Engineer is required to perform the following specific duties and responsibilities ensuring their effectiveness, transparency, and integrity:</p>
<p>Plan, supervise, and manage the implementation of rehabilitation and/or construction works, ensuring alignment with project requirements, timelines, and budgets.</p>
<p>Responsible for implementation and contributing to the preparation of the bill of quantities, as-built and construction drawings, Specifications and other engineering documents.</p>
<p>Responsible for day-to-day site visit of the construction works, coordination with the contractors and suppliers according to the needs and requirements on site; Inspects and report on contractor s works in progress ensuring that the contractor meets client`s quality standards and implement the contract in accordance with the regulations.</p>
<p>Provide support and guidance to the contractor and assists in resolving site problems, as necessary; Assist in the preparation of project plans, detailed schedules, and progress reports, and contribute to project closure activities and documentation.</p>
<p>Responsible for supervision of site technical staff and consultants assigned to the project, and the assignment and monitoring of duties during the progress of works; Liaise with relevant government authorities, beneficiaries, and stakeholders to facilitate permits, secure approvals, and maintain effective working relationships.</p>
<p>Embed sustainability dimensions including social and gender inclusion, as well as Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) aspects into the project during the design and construction phases; Ensure PSEA measures are implemented throughout the project implementation, as per the country PSEA action plan; Perform other related duties as required by the Project Manager.</p>
<p>Supervise and monitor contractors setting-out and construction activities, ensuring full compliance with contract specifications, approved work plans, and project requirements in terms of scope, timeline, and budget; Conduct daily site visits to monitor work progress, identify issues, and propose practical engineering solutions in coordination with the Project Manager and Lead Civil Engineer; Responsible for preparation of progress reports on construction activities, according to the agreed timeframe of works and submission of such on a weekly basis to the Project Manager; Assess and report on the project closing plans, archiving of cost and progress report and hand over all related reports to the Project Manager; Evaluate and assess work schedules and programmes, including the comparison with the schedule baselines and reports to the Project Manager accordingly; Check all laboratory reports, operation and maintenance manuals, and keep records and report to the Project Manager accordingly; Assess the work activities of contractor/s, measure completed work, and make recommendations to the Project Manager for progress payments to contractors.</p>
<p>Carry out on-site technical inspections and assessments to ensure that all construction activities comply with client`s quality standards and approved project specifications. Maintain accurate records and compile periodic and ad hoc reports in accordance with client`s procedures and reporting requirements.</p>
<p>Conduct site inspections, testing, and quantity verification, and review/approve technical submittals including shop drawings, material approvals, and as-built documentation. Maintain records, compile periodic reports and any specific reports required by client`s standard procedures; Responsible for the preparation and verification of a database for the available materials shipped to the project, schedules of labor force, and monitoring of quality of such during the progress of works; Check, verify and approve the interim payments submitted by the Contractor/s and submit detailed reports to the Project Manager.</p>
<p>Maintain accurate records of site activities, inspections, incidents and progress, ensuring timely submission of reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly). Support project closure through commissioning, handover and archiving of construction documentation. Assist in compiling periodic and specific reports, and ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and properly filed. Support the Project Team in overseeing change controls, risk and issue registers, and ensure timely and accurate reporting on project progress.</p>
<p>Ensure that lessons learned and challenges are documented throughout the project implementation and shared with the project team; Participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives and contributing insights and lessons learned.</p>
