<p><br></p><p>The Safety and Security Officer will report to the Country Director and the Global Head of Safety and Security while working closely with the country Operations Team. <div data-jb-field="skills"><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>Medical Doctor (MD) with a valid medical license.</li><li>Minimum 10+ years of experience in emergency, occupational, or remote medicine.</li><li>Strong expertise in emergency medicine and site medical operations.</li><li>Proven experience in MEDEVAC coordination and crisis response.</li><li>Good knowledge of occupational health and public health practices.</li><li>Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills under pressure.</li><li>High level of resilience, adaptability, and ability to work in challenging environments.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.</li><li>Experience working in remote, industrial, or high-risk environments.</li><li>Exposure to international medical standards, protocols, and practices.</li><li>Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory).</li><li>French language proficiency is an advantage. </li></ul><p><br></p></div>
