<p><h4>Duties</h4>
<p>The operations manager will be based at the Baghdad Embassy Compound (BEC) site in Iraq and serve the operations and maintenance support services (OMSS) contract in support of the U.S. Department of State. This position will be responsible for taking ownership of the site operational responsibilities to include directing the daily performance of the organization, planning, scheduling, and training processes to meet the requirements of the contract. This position will report to the OMSS program manager. The duties and responsibilities listed below are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive.</p>
<ul>
<li>Responsible for maintaining a safe workplace and ensuring that safety is the highest priority in the workplace.</li>
<li>Comply with all environmental health & safety and quality assurance requirements and goals.</li>
<li>Development and updating of the operations plan and maintenance program on a monthly basis.</li>

The driver operator will be responsible for utilizing resources to accomplish operational requirements and will report to their assigned crew chief, assistant site chief and/or the site chief. <p><h4>Duties</h4>
<p>The LCC/LCC-A site manager will be based at an Amentum site in Iraq and serve the Operations and Maintenance Support Services (OMSS) contract in support of the U.S. Department of State. This position will be responsible for supervising the LCC/LCC-A team in day-to-day operations by assigning projects, coordinating schedules, monitoring performance and quality of workers, and will report to the OMSS program manager. <p>The program logistics and property manager will be primarily based in Baghdad, Iraq. The logistics and property manager will manage all supply chain services, including acquisitions, receiving, stocking, inventorying, issuing, and shipment of goods, utilizing resources to accomplish operational requirements. The logistics and property manager will report to program management to manage multiple geographical sites and functions to support critical client mission activities of this contract. <p>Overview ***This position is physically located in Balad, Iraq*** Working across the globe, V2X builds smart solutions designed to integrate physical and digital infrastructure from base to battlefield. Under supervision of the Waste Services Manager, the Waste Management Supervisor supervises and coordinates all activities of a Non-Hazardous Waste Management Operation which includes wastewater treatment plant operations and black and gray water collection and disposal. The Supervisors oversees all personnel engaged in operation, maintenance, and repair of all Sewage and Black Water Waste Management activities at a 24 / 7 facility. Responsibilities This position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company. + Directs activities of workers engaged in tasks such as black and gray water collection, and dust abatement. + Assists workers in repairing facilities and equipment, applying general knowledge of wastewater collection and disposal safety procedures, and using hand tools. + Maintains personnel records. + Trains workers in performance of duties and safety procedures. + Inspects facilities and other equipment to detect need for maintenance and repair. + Performs other duties as described. Qualifications + Minimum Qualifications: Education/Certifications: One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required. + Must be CAC eligible and/or able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC) + Must be a U.S. Citizen + High school diploma or equivalent required. Undergraduate degree preferred. + Must obtain or have equivalent Waste-Water Treatment Certificate, Certification and/or License + Experience: + Five (5) years related experience in Municipal Waste Management working at a Sewer Treatment facility. + Additional requirements: + Strong organization, communication (verbal/written) skills, and attention to detail. + Requires extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel). + Prior LOGCAP experience at a Foreman or Lead level in Non-Hazardous Solid Waste Management (Sewage and Black Water Waste Operations) + Skills: + Strong organization, communication (verbal/written) skills, and attention to detail. + Requires extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel). + Prior LOGCAP experience at a Foreman or Lead level in Non-Hazardous Solid Waste Management (Black Water Waste Operations). + Supervisory Responsibilities: + Supervises operations of Waste Management employees and activities + Working Conditions: + Must be capable of working in an extreme weather conditions with temperatures exceeding 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Indoor and/or outdoor environment with very adverse and harsh conditions (i.e., hot, dry, dusty, desert environment with average temperatures of 30 degrees in the winter and 130 degrees in the summer months). + Includes some industrial production environment conditions as well. + Physical Requirements: + Medium work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. + Work may require heavy lifting, stooping, climbing, prolonged standing, prolonged sitting, and working with or in areas where a potential could exist for exposure to physical, chemical, or biological agents. Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for some situations. PPE includes, but is not limited to, head, foot, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective devices.
