<p>Provides leadership and management to AMBP s guard force the ensuring the effective provision of security to facilities resident sand stakeholders. Regularly assesses and performance manages his team the guard force at AMBP; identifying any gaps in an individual s capability and providing relevant training to help them improve. Provides training and mentoring to the local guard force as specified by Control Risks and the AMBP hierarchy commensurate with the minimum standards required and exceeding them wherever possible. <p>Supervise and coordinate daily linen operations, including receiving, sorting, washing, pressing, and distribution Manage linen inventory levels, track stock movements, and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy Inspect linens for quality, damage, and cleanliness standards; implement corrective actions as needed Train, schedule, and supervise linen staff members; provide performance feedback and coaching Develop and maintain efficient workflows and processes to optimize productivity and minimize waste Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of clean linens and address service requests Monitor equipment maintenance and report any operational issues or repairs needed Maintain detailed records of inventory, staff schedules, and operational metrics Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards applicable to linen handling Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Proven experience as a Linen Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within hospitality, healthcare, or laundry operations Strong knowledge of linen management, fabric care standards, and laundry operations Demonstrated ability to supervise and motivate team members effectively Proficiency in inventory management and tracking systems Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset Ability to analyze problems and implement practical solutions Clear communication and interpersonal skills Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to linen handling</p>

<p>We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic guest focused Housekeeping professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.<br><br>As a Housekeeping Supervisor you are responsible to supervise the team of Housekeeping Attendants towards achieving the operational objectives while ensuring that the standards of cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel meet the requirements specified and your role will include key responsibilities such as:<br><br>• Prepare Housekeeping Attendants job assignments<br>• Issue keys and supplies to Housekeeping Attendants <br>• Take note of VIPs, Do Not Disturb, Sleep Out, Double-Lock Rooms and take appropriate action<br>• Attend daily meetings and receive special instructions<br>• Receive check-outs before reporting them as vacant<br>• Receive special requests from guests and carry them out<br>• Inspect areas cleaned using checklist to see that cleaning is adequate, supplies in room are as per standard and immediate repairs are reported<br>• Fill out report and hand over found articles to the lost and found department<br>• Supervise cleaning of guest rooms, corridors and stairwells<br>• Train and assist Housekeeping Attendants and advise Superior about performance<br>• Assist with inventory and ensure that all housekeeping machines and equipment are properly handled and maintained</p> </div>

<p>We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic guest focused Housekeeping professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.<br><br>As a Housekeeping Attendant you are responsible for daily assigned duties as instructed by Supervisors while adhering to hotel policies and procedures and your role will include key responsibilities such as:<br><br>• Receive work assignment, keys and supplies from the supervisor and sign the key log book accurately<br>• Clean rooms and bathrooms, performing any combination of the following duties<br>• Keep fire exits and stair ways clear of any obstruction<br>• Check and report any maintenance work required immediately<br>• Pick up any litter from corridors and pathways<br>• Vacuum carpet and upholstered furniture, dust and wipe furniture, empty ashtrays and wastebaskets<br>• Make bed, wash sink, bathtub, toilet, tiles, mirrors and floor and polish brass and metal<br>• Replenish bathroom supplies and room supplies<br>• Tidy and arrange neatly guest toilet articles on vanity top and spot cleans carpet when necessary<br>• Clean and keep the guest corridors, service pantries and service areas neat and tidy at all times<br>• Remove Room Service tray and trolley from guestroom and corridors<br>• Inform valet service to collect guests clothes for laundry, dry cleaning or pressing services</p> </div>
