<p>Review and maintain current information manuals for building operations and repair services and maintain accurate equipment and personnel records.</p>
<p>Act as the Program Manager’s principal operations representative.</p>
<p>Responsible for the management of all O&M functions, including ensuring there are qualified personnel to meet staffing requirements, and the central planning, coordination, control, and actual performance of these functions.</p>
<p>Manage the O&M and other assigned functions on site to ensure overall contract performance, which requires getting information to and from critical operating/supporting elements and directing/coordinating actions to ensure resources are fully utilized to properly perform the mission.</p>
<p>Monitor system readiness, identify problem areas, and respond to mission requirements to perform contract requirements.</p>
<p>Direct and monitor the preventive maintenance program; accept, process, coordinate, and assign work orders, projects, and large task assignments.</p>
<p>Control resources; monitor staff proficiency and qualifications; monitor staff endurance; monitor the location and activities of assets; and coordinate the flow of information to and from O&M staff.</p>

<h4>Required</h4>
<p><strong>Minimum acceptable experience level:</strong></p>
<p>Minimum of 15 years’ experience in operations and maintenance services, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in large facilities.</p>

<p><strong>Security vetting:</strong> Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US citizenship is required to obtain Secret Clearance.</p>
<p><strong>Language skills:</strong> Satisfactory English proficiency to meet job requirements and to adhere and comply with safety, health, and security measures.</p>
<p><strong>Medical:</strong> Successfully complete and pass the medical and dental examinations as required by Amentum and our customer for deployment to Iraq. Must maintain physical and dental requirements for duration of deployment.</p>

Temperatures can reach 120-130 degrees Fahrenheit/50-55 degrees Celsius during the summer months. Employees must be willing and able to perform regular job requirements in this austere, extreme environment, as well as willing and able to deploy to Iraq for extended periods.</p>
<p>Work schedules are a minimum of 6 days per week and 10 hours per day, while some jobs have higher daily and weekly minimums. Employees must be willing and able to perform physical activities including, but not limited to, heavy lifting and moving of items, parts, assemblies, and equipment up to the safety regulation maximum; climbing in and out of equipment; crawling; and working outdoors.</p>

Perform physical inventories of Government Furnished Property (GFP) and Contractor Acquired Property (CAP), as directed by the Property Management and Control Procedures and/or the Logistics and Property Manager.<br>
Ensure Government Property Identification numbers (GP) are properly assigned, prepare required schedule, and assist with identifying lost, damaged, and destroyed property as well as excessive consumption.<br>
Work closely with Property Custodians to ensure overall accountability of assets.<br>
Track and record movement of all types of Government property. This includes movement from one point to another within a contractor’s facility, movement between facilities for any purpose, and protection during movement.<br>
Conduct country-wide property training on a yearly basis as well as establish training plans for new hire employees and refresher training.<br>
Ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Statement of Work (SOW), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).<br>
Develop processes and desktop procedures to maintain continuity of job performance.<br>
Audit logs and status records to ensure completion of lost, damaged, or destroyed items.<br>
Check LTDD packages for accuracy and completion.<br>
Perform additional duties and projects as qualified to perform as assigned.<br>

<p>The LCC/LCC-A site manager will be based at an Amentum site in Iraq and serve the Operations and Maintenance Support Services (OMSS) contract in support of the U.S. Department of State. This position will be responsible for supervising the LCC/LCC-A team in day-to-day operations by assigning projects, coordinating schedules, monitoring performance and quality of workers, and will report to the OMSS program manager. <p>The Site EHS Specialist is a key member of our EHS Team and a critical partner for our operational site teams at planning, project execution and post outage review stage. The Field EHS Specialist I is responsible for supporting with the creation and execution of a comprehensive EHS plan on our operational site, that drives the best-in-class standards of EHS and sustainability. The objective of this role is to observe, advise, coach and support those with operational responsibilities during planning phase and on-site execution, to prevent injuries, help drive accountability and remain in compliance with company/client EHS policies, programs, and procedures alongside country legislative standards. The field EHS team are central to the adoption, communication, and implementation of injury preventative EHS initiatives and campaigns to reiterate our NO HARM culture.</p><p><strong>Essential Duties <p><h4>Program logistics and property manager overview</h4>
<p>The program logistics and property manager will be primarily based in Baghdad, Iraq. The logistics and property manager will manage all supply chain services, including acquisitions, receiving, stocking, inventorying, issuing, and shipment of goods, utilizing resources to accomplish operational requirements. The logistics and property manager will report to program management to manage multiple geographical sites and functions to support critical client mission activities of this contract. <h4>Working and living conditions</h4>
<p>This position is in an austere environment with harsh and dangerous conditions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may regularly be exposed to extreme and austere desert-like environment. Temperatures can reach 120-130 degrees Fahrenheit (50-55 degrees Celsius) during the summer months. Employees must be willing and able to perform regular job requirements in this austere, extreme environment, as well as willing and able to deploy to Iraq for extended periods.</p>
<p>Work schedules are a minimum of six days per week and ten hours per day, while some jobs have higher daily and weekly minimums. Employees must be willing and able to perform physical activities including, but not limited to, heavy lifting and moving of items, parts, assemblies, and equipment up to the safety regulation maximum; climbing in and out of equipment; crawling; and working outdoors.
