<p><b>Job Objectives/Project context:</b></p><p><br></p><p>The project is a gas plant located in Iraq, delivered under a DBOOM (Design, Build, Own, Operate, Maintain) contract. The Construction phase and Mechanical Completion are ongoing, Commissioning to be started very sooner. An experienced reinforcement is required to support the Commissioning & Start-Up Manager, drive contractors across all disciplines and accelerate activities in fast-track mode, with no compromise on safety or quality.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>Monitoring & driving: Ensure day-to-day monitoring of contractors’ progress across all disciplines (ICSS, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, HVAC, utilities…).</p><p>Acceleration: Challenge contractors, identify bottlenecks, enforce priorities and push teams to meet commissioning milestones.</p><p>Methodology: ORBIT methodology is considered for this project for the follow up of (subsystems, ITR, punch lists, MC/RFCC, completion dossiers). </p><p>Documentation: To make sure of the readiness of procedure and dossier to be ready for the activities.
