<p>SRD Center is seeking qualified Leadership, Management and Communication Training Consultants for a short-term assignment in Erbil, Iraq. The assignment will support the design and delivery of an intensive three-day managerial training and communication programme targeting approximately 20 staff members with managerial and supervisory responsibilities. The programme aims to strengthen participants leadership, management, people-management, communication, decision-making, conflict-resolution and interpersonal competencies. The training will emphasize practical application, participatory learning and the use of realistic workplace scenarios. SRD Center welcomes applications from experienced trainers and consultants with expertise in one or more of the following areas: • Leadership and management development; • Behavioural competencies for line managers; • Managerial and organizational communication; • People management and staff development; • Conflict resolution and workplace dynamics; • Decision-making and problem solving; • Emotional intelligence and leadership resilience; • Change management; • Coaching, mentoring and performance management; • Team development and organizational effectiveness.
