Isolate equipment for handover to maintenance.</p><p>Equipment Inspection:</p><p><br></p><p>· Visually inspect critical equipment (pumps, valves, chillers, etc.) for any signs of damage, leaks, or abnormal operation.</p><p>· Check lubrication levels and perform routine lubrication as needed.</p><p>Parameter Monitoring:</p><p><br></p><p>Monitor key process parameters (pressure, temperature, flow rate, etc.)</p><p>System Startup:</p><p><br></p><p>· Initiate the startup procedure for assigned systems, following established checklists and procedures.</p><p>System Shutdown:</p><p><br></p><p>· If required, initiate the shutdown procedure for assigned systems, following established checklists and procedures.</p><p>Alarm & Event (A&E) Analysis</p><p><br></p><p>· Refer to alarm screen at the equipment panel. Monitor and raise info to CCC Operators for any anomalies.</p><p>Shift Handover:</p><p><br></p><p>· Prepare a detailed shift handover report, including any ongoing issues, maintenance requirements, and abnormal events.</p><p>· Conduct a handover "shake-hand" handover meeting to ensure proper baton passing.</p><p>Plant Optimization</p><p><br></p><p>· Work on optimizing plant performance by analyzing system data and making minor adjustments to improve efficiency or reduce energy consumption. Coordination with CCC Operators.</p><p>Troubleshooting and Maintenance:</p><p><br></p><p>· Respond to any alarms or alerts and take necessary corrective actions.</p><p>· Perform scheduled maintenance tasks, such as cleaning filters, replacing gaskets, or tightening bolts.</p><p>· Identify and troubleshoot minor equipment issues, such as valve leaks or pump vibrations.</p><p>Defect Management</p><p><br></p><p>· Raise SR (or relay the info to CCC Operator in charge) in CMMS according to the right priority.</p><p>Monitoring of Chemical Treatment Systems</p><p><br></p><p>· Ensure that the water treatment system is operating correctly, monitoring chemical levels, and ensuring that water quality parameters are within specified limits.</p><p>Others and Extras</p><p><br></p><p>· Provide information and update from the field to CCC Operator to maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Daily Operation Report (DOR).</p><p>· Occasionally attend site visits by visitors or contractors.</p><p>· Perform any other duty as assigned by the Plant Operations Supervisor</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p><br></p><p></p></section>
