<p>Perform rigging, lifting, and hoisting activities in accordance with approved lifting plans and safety procedures. Inspect and select appropriate lifting gear, including slings, shackles, hooks, wire ropes, and other rigging equipment. Ensure all lifting equipment is in safe working condition before use. Attach, secure, balance, and guide loads during lifting operations. Communicate effectively with crane operators using standard hand signals and radio communication. Establish and maintain safe lifting zones to protect personnel and equipment. Monitor lifting operations and immediately report unsafe conditions or equipment defects. Assist in the assembly, dismantling, and positioning of lifting equipment when required. Coordinate with supervisors, crane operators, and other team members to ensure safe and efficient lifting operations. Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure work areas remain clean and hazard-free. Comply with all company policies, client requirements, and site safety regulations. Support the successful completion of project activities while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Minimum 3 years of experience as a Rigger in construction, infrastructure, oil &amp; gas, or industrial projects. Good knowledge of lifting operations, rigging techniques, and load handling procedures. Ability to inspect and identify suitable lifting gear and rigging equipment. Familiarity with lifting plans, load charts, and safe lifting practices. Basic English communication skills. Physically fit and capable of working in demanding site conditions. Valid rigging certification (if applicable as per project/client requirements). Knowledge of site safety regulations, permit-to-work systems, and hazard identification.</p>

Operate all types of GSE including Pushback Tractors, Main Deck Loaders, Pallet Container Loaders (PCLs), Passenger Stairs, Passenger Buses, Baggage Tractors, GPU, ASU, ACU, Water & Lavatory Units, Forklifts, and Tow Bars as per flight requirements. 2. Perform pre-use inspection, fluid level checks, brake tests, and safety function tests prior to operation. 3. Maintain strict compliance with ramp safety, FOD control, PPE requirements, and aircraft safety zones. 4. Execute precise aircraft pushback and towing operations under the direction of the Turnaround Coordinator (TRC) / Flight Operations Officer (FOO). 5.
