<li>Maintain proper records of laundry production, linen movement, chemical consumption, equipment issues, and departmental inventories</li>
<li>Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Front Office, and other departments regarding linen and laundry requirements</li>
<li>Ensure guest laundry and special laundry requests are processed accurately and within the required turnaround time</li>
<li>Monitor external laundry services, where applicable, and verify service quality and invoices</li>
<li>Handle guest and departmental complaints related to laundry or linen and ensure appropriate corrective action</li>
<li>Conduct regular inspections of the laundry, linen rooms, equipment, and storage areas</li>
<li>Ensure that chemicals and cleaning products are correctly labeled, stored, and handled in accordance with safety procedures</li>
<li>Implement and maintain proper infection-control and hygiene procedures within the laundry operation</li>
<li>Prepare duty rosters, attendance records, performance evaluations, and other departmental documentation</li>
<li>Coach and develop team members to improve productivity, quality, and service standards</li>
<li>Ensure departmental policies and hotel standards are consistently followed</li>
<li>Participate in departmental meetings, training sessions, and hotel operational initiatives</li>
<li>Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Executive Housekeeper or management</li>
</ul>
<h4>Qualifications</h4>
<ul>
<li>Diploma or degree in hotel management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred</li>
<li>Minimum 3–5 years of relevant laundry experience, preferably within a hotel or large hospitality operation</li>
<li>Previous supervisory or managerial experience in a hotel laundry department is required</li>
<li>Good knowledge of commercial laundry operations, linen management, and laundry chemicals</li>
<li>Strong understanding of hygiene, health and safety, and chemical-handling procedures</li>
<li>Good leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Ability to manage a multicultural team and work effectively under operational pressure</li>
<li>Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic departmental reporting systems is preferred</li>
