<li>Ensure all works (earthworks, concrete, steel structures, foundations, drainage, roads, etc.) are executed in full compliance with project specifications, drawings, codes, and standards.</li>
<li>Provide independent inspection and verification of contractor activities in line with approved ITPs and QCPs.</li>

<p><strong>Professional experience</strong></p>

<li>More than 10 years of experience in civil/structural construction and QA/QC inspection on large EPC/EPSCC construction projects (oil & gas, infrastructure, utilities, or large industrial plants).</li>
<li>Previous experience as Quality Construction Supervisor or equivalent role on major projects.</li>
<li>Experience in Middle East projects and/or remote site operations is an advantage.</li>

<p>The telecom construction supervisor is responsible for day-to-day supervision of telecommunications construction activities across greenfield and brownfield areas within the Majnoon Oil Field. The role ensures safe execution, technical compliance, and adherence to project specifications, supporting the delivery of telecom systems in line with cost, schedule, and quality expectations. The supervisor works closely with engineering, HSE, construction, and C&P teams to maintain progress and resolve operational issues.</p>

<li>Inspect equipment installation, bolted connections, cable routing and segregation, terminations, earthing connections, labelling, and general workmanship.</li>
<li>Witness or review electrical tests, as applicable, including insulation resistance, continuity, earthing resistance, winding resistance, ratio tests, protection relay tests, cable tests, functional checks, and interlock verification.</li>
<li>Review and follow up punch items, site observations, non-conformities, and corrective actions until closure.</li>
<li>Assist in checking red-line mark-ups, test records, inspection reports, and as-built documentation.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Contractor supervision and progress</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Monitor contractor and subcontractor manpower, supervision, productivity, work quality, and compliance with the approved construction schedule.</li>
<li>Review short-term work plans and report constraints, delays, interface issues, and recovery requirements to the Electrical Superintendent or Construction Manager.</li>
<li>Attend daily coordination meetings, site walkthroughs, progress reviews, toolbox talks, and technical meetings as required.</li>
<li>Prepare clear daily and weekly reports covering progress, manpower, inspections, constraints, quality issues, HSE observations, and planned activities.</li>
<li>Ensure contractor personnel assigned to specialized electrical work are competent and appropriately authorized.</li>

<p><strong>Interfaces, completion and commissioning</strong></p>

<li>Coordinate electrical interfaces with civil, structural, mechanical, piping, instrumentation, telecom, HVAC, package vendors, and commissioning teams.</li>
<li>Ensure foundations, embedded items, sleeves, trenches, rooms, supports, cable routes, and equipment access are ready before electrical installation.</li>
<li>Support systemization, mechanical completion checks, punch-listing, turnover dossier preparation, and handover by system or subsystem.</li>
<li>Participate in energization readiness reviews and ensure outstanding construction, quality, and safety items are controlled before energization.</li>
<li>Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, including vendor attendance, functional testing, loop and interlock checks, and troubleshooting.</li>

<h4>HSE responsibility</h4>
<ul>
<li>Ensure electrical works are performed in accordance with project HSE requirements, approved risk assessments, method statements, permit-to-work procedures, and isolation rules.</li>
<li>Pay particular attention to electrical safety, lockout/tagout, temporary power, excavation and underground services, lifting operations, work at height, confined spaces, and simultaneous operations.</li>
<li>Intervene and stop unsafe work when necessary, report unsafe acts and conditions, and verify implementation of corrective measures.</li>
<li>Participate in toolbox talks, safety walks, audits, incident investigations, and lessons-learned activities.</li>

<h4>Professional experience</h4>
<ul>
<li>More than 10 years of relevant experience in electrical construction and site supervision on large EPC/EPSCC projects in oil and gas, power generation, water treatment, utilities, or major industrial facilities.</li>
<li>Significant field experience supervising electrical installation, testing, pre-commissioning, and handover activities.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Experience in similar position</h4>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience as Site Electrical Supervisor, Electrical Construction Supervisor, or equivalent position on a major project.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with HV, MV, and LV systems; transformers; switchgear; MCCs; UPS and DC systems; power and control cables; earthing; lighting; and electrical equipment associated with rotating and packaged equipment.</li>
<li>Experience in power generation facilities, large pumping stations, substations, or water treatment plants is preferred.</li>
<li>Experience on Middle East projects and/or remote construction sites is an advantage.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Technical skills</h4>
