<p>This position is to assist in administration duties to the HSSE Manager and Field HSE Manager regarding record keeping, finances, timekeeping, contractual obligations, HR requirements, material, stores and equipment administration.</p>
<h4>Duties and responsibilities</h4>

<li>Assistance in financial record keeping for the HSE department.</li>
<li>Facilitate and record keeping of all BOC correspondence letters and reports.</li>
<li>Creating and upkeep of HSE tools, equipment and PPE issuing databases.</li>
<li>Creating and upkeep of equipment orders databases.</li>
<li>Assistance in time sheet collections and submissions.</li>
<li>Record keeping of all contractual meeting agreements and minutes.</li>
<li>Creating and upkeep of HR employee requirement.</li>
<li>Control and coordination of HSE team calendars and rosters.</li>
<li>Record keeping of all HSE team accommodation requirements and accommodation lists.</li>
<li>Upkeep of the HSE incentive gifts inventory and issuing lists.</li>
<li>Record keeping and booking of visa application and expiry dates and flight departure dates.</li>
<li>Facilitate and record keeping of all service desk, IT and other departmental requests.</li>
<li>Any other tasks related to HSE in general.</li>

<h4>Qualification & training requirements</h4>
<p>Diploma / Degree in business management administration or equivalent.<br>
Working knowledge of HSE related activities.</p>

<p>Job Responsibilities:<br>1. Inspect machine room power distribution, UPS circuits, cabinet power distribution, earthing resistance and environmental facilities to confirm all weak current systems meet preconditions for power-on commissioning.<br>2. Organize standalone power-on, equipment configuration, protocol docking and point-by-point commissioning for airport integrated security, building automation, structured cabling, information network, information integration, security screening, baggage handling, clock, stand guidance, flight information display, public address, CCTV monitoring and perimeter alarm systems.<br>3. Arrange on-site attendance during full-airport weak current system trial operation; conduct daily inspections of platform online status, terminal online rate, link connectivity and equipment operating conditions.<br>4. Record a defect ledger during trial operation; continuously rectify issues including system lag, offline devices, false alarms, linkage failures and abnormal video images to ensure stable long-term operation of all weak current systems compliant with airport trial operation standards and support smooth operational transition.<br>5. <p>The Emergency Room Nurse Health Field Officer supports the implementation of functional Emergency Departments by strengthening triage, infection prevention and control (IPC), patient flow, referrals, documentation, and staff capacity.
