<p>Under broad direction from the Subsurface Technical Manager:</p><br>
<ul>
<li>Develop and apply advanced formation evaluation techniques in support of the evaluation and development of potentially large, yet challenging oil and gas field development projects.</li>
<li>The Geophysical Advisor will perform detailed petrophysical analyses using well logs, core, and fluid data to determine porosity, permeability, water saturation, and hydrocarbon volumes. Integrate data from multiple sources (wireline, LWD, core, SCAL, formation tests, RFT/MDT pressure test/fluid samples, mini-fracs, Diagnostic Fracture Injectivity Tests, and geochem analysis) to generate robust reservoir property models. Evaluate and characterize different lithologies and fluid types within complex reservoir systems. Conduct multi-well and field-level petrophysical studies to support reservoir zonation and facies classification. Develop petrophysical models for input into geological and reservoir simulation workflows.</li>
<li>Provide technical oversight during logging operations (wireline and LWD) and post-job evaluations. Oversee the acquisition, processing, and interpretation of well logging data, ensuring data integrity and quality. Ensure consistency and standardization of petrophysical workflows and data management across the asset.</li>
<li>Solid grounding in petrophysics and working knowledge of development geology, static modeling, geomechanics, geologic operations, directional drilling and drilling & completions.</li>
<li>Be actively involved in technical engagements, present to and establish strong working relationships with senior management and key stakeholders</li>
<li>Present to and participate in internal and external reviews ensuring work deliverables are robust and fit-for-purpose.</li>
<li>Mentor and provide technical guidance to less experienced geoscientists within the asset team.</li>
<li>Promote the adoption of best practices, digital tools, and innovative techniques and technologies in petrophysics. The Petrophysics Advisor will collaborate and stay engaged with other key Halliburton petrophysical technical and product service line professionals, resources and research.</li>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><br>

<li>Requires an undergraduate degree in petroleum engineering, geology or Applied sciences and a minimum of 10 years of experience in petrophysical evaluation, which includes experience in oil & gas operators, service companies or consulting companies.</li>
<li>Requires field development and reservoir management experience on a producing field for an oil & gas operator.</li>
<li>Extensive experience in clastic and/or carbonate reservoirs; exposure to mature or brownfield assets preferred</li>

<li>Lead the interpretation of geological, geophysical, petrophysical, and drilling data to develop robust static reservoir models. Integrating well log, core, seismic, and production data to define reservoir architecture, facies distribution, and structural framework.</li>

<p>The Horizontal Foreman will be based at Baghdad Embassy Compound (BEC) Amentum site in Iraq and serve the Operations and Maintenance Support Services (OMSS) contract in support of the U.S. Department of State. Provide expert support for the development of an operational PSEAH Work Plan, in line with IOM and United Nations (UN) strategic frameworks, and in coordination with the global PSEAH Unit, Regional PSEAH Officer, and senior management in IOM Iraq.</p><p>2. Ensure the inclusion of PSEAH within the IOM Iraq’s Country Strategy, Crisis Response Plans/Migrant Response Plans or other appeals as appropriate; ensure SEAH risks are considered in the risk register of the mission and that PSEAH is mainstreamed in project proposal development, programming, monitoring and evaluation and budgeting; develop PSEAH programming and liaise with relevant donors.</p><p>3. Actively participate and engage to the in-country interagency PSEA Network activities (contribute to the development of the collective PSEA workplan, risk management plans, PSEA strategies, Standard Operating Procedures for an inter-agency Community-Based Complaint Mechanism, etc), and actively participate in IOM internal coordination initiatives.</p><p>4. Map existing community engagement projects in country and work with project/programme managers to gather community input, insert PSEAH messages, and strengthen and/or establish safe and accessible reporting channels.</p><p><br></p><p>Response</p><p>11. Provide inputs to the development and mapping of country-specific interagency victim assistance pathways and/or existing IOM programmes to refer victims/survivors for assistance; ensure up to date information on available assistance services is accessible in all areas where IOM operates in country; coordinate with gender-based violence and/or protection units to support the strengthening of victim/survivor services within country and/or programming.</p><p>12.
