This position will be responsible for taking ownership of all site operational responsibilities to include directing the daily performance of the organization, planning, scheduling and training processes to meet the requirements of the contract. This position will report to the OMSS Program Manager. The successful candidate will also oversee inspections, mentor engineering staff, and provide technical expertise for transmission system upgrades and expansion projects.</p><p>Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required; a Master's degree with a specialization in Power Systems is highly preferred. Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of electrical engineering experience, including at least 5 years in high-voltage transmission line design, analysis, and maintenance within the oil & gas, petroleum, or energy industry.
