<p><h4>Essential responsibilities:</h4>
<p>Aerostat operators/user-level maintainers will participate in the overall, hands-on operation of the aerostat system including launch, in-flight, recovery, and moored activities.</p>
<p>Candidates will perform all functions to operate the PGSS/PTDS, an aerostat mounted Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) platform, its Mobile Mooring Platform (MMP), sensor payload(s), communications and navigation systems as well as associated support equipment (boom lift, forklift, all terrain vehicles (ATVs), and electrical power generators).</p>

<li>Possess at least two (2) years aerostat experience as an operator at the 20 series level or greater from Army MOS 35F (Intelligence Analyst), 35G (Geospatial Intelligence Imagery Analyst), 35H (Common Ground System Analyst), 96R (Ground Surveillance Systems Operator), 96U (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Operator), or military branch equivalent.</li>
<li>Two years of hands-on experience in performing operations and maintenance tasks either on an aerostat system or a related industry/military equivalent is required.</li>
<li>Must be qualified at the 10 series or greater level (via military or civilian technical schools) is required.</li>
<li>Ability to read electronic schematics.</li>
<li>O&M of electro-mechanical equipment to include one or more of the following:

<p>Iraq Common Seawater Supply Project (CSSP) intends to provide treated seawater to the oil fields in southern Iraq (for injection). CSSP is composed of water pipelines which are part of Basra Oil Company (BOC) scope of work, and the Water Infrastructure Project (WIP), previously named STF (Seawater Treatment Facilities). The WIP will be located on the west side of the Khor Al Zubair, upstream of the port of Umm Qasr.</p>
<p>The major components of the WIP include seawater intake and outfall structures, material offloading facility, seawater clarification, filtration and deoxygenating processes, shipping pumps, a fuel gas pipeline, power generation, utilities and non-process.</p>

Provide direction, resolve conflicts, and maintain disciplined control of workforce activities.</li><li>Conduct detailed site safety audits, including verification of barricading, excavation safety, lifting operations, scaffolding compliance, and workforce competency.</li><li>Ensure full readiness of work fronts, including, Approved IFC drawings and design clarifications, completed surveys, geotechnical checks, and layout verification, Material availability and correct storage, Verified underground utility mapping and clash checks, Valid permits, JSA, and risk assessments</li><li>Drive technical assurance, raising and tracking Technical Queries (TQs), Site Instructions (SIs), and Field Change Requests (FCRs) to resolve design gaps or operational constraints.</li><li>Lead construction work pack reviews, ensuring completeness of civil method statements, lifting plans, excavation plans, concrete pour plans, and associated safety certificates.</li><li>Minimize Non‑Productive Time (NPT) through proactive planning, early identification of constraints, and ensuring vendor mobilization is optimized and technically justified.</li><li>Oversee quality compliance, including, Concrete batching and testing, Rebar installation and inspection, Formwork and shuttering checks, Soil compaction testing, Structural steel alignment and bolt torquing, Civil finishing and coating standards</li><li>Lead joint walkdowns with Construction, QA/QC, Commissioning, and Operations for system handover, ensuring punch lists are accurate, categorized, and closed efficiently.</li><li>Support commissioning by ensuring civil systems (e.g., foundations, supports, trenches, access platforms, roads) are fully complete, safe, and ready for energization or mechanical completion.</li><li>Provide leadership and mentoring to civil supervisors, foremen, and junior engineers, ensuring strong team capability and continuous improvement.</li></ul><br><p><b>Education</b></p><br><br><p>Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline.</p><br><br><br><p><b>Experience & Skill Set</b></p><br><br><p>Minimum 8 years experience in civil construction within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Heavy Industrial projects.</p><br><br><p>Minimum 5 years experience in a lead or senior supervisory role managing multi‑discipline construction teams.</p><br><br><br><p>Strong technical knowledge of:</p><br><br><ul><li>Civil/structural design and construction</li><li>Geotechnical requirements</li><li>Concrete technology and QA/QC</li><li>Steel structures and foundations</li><li>Roads, drainage, and underground utilities</li><li>Excavation safety and SIMOPS</li></ul><br><ul><li>Proven ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and international standards </li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills.</li></ul><br><br><br><br> </div>
