<p>The post holder is responsible for the delivery of Ground Security training programs to the Response team through courses and workshops, ensuring that all Response Team Security staff are well-trained with weapons and basic tactics, incident responses and capable of performing their duties efficiently and safely. Additionally, ensuring that other airport workers and stakeholders receive requisite security training and briefings in accordance with mandated international security standards, as required. It includes weapon training and assisting in the conduct of 6-monthly range shoots for Response Team personnel, continuous assessment and improvement of security training procedures and implementing various training methods and best practice to develop and enhance staff skills and performance. All training must be compliant with the Regulatory requirements of ICAO Document 8973 Aviation Security, MOI ROE and the ICAA National Civil Aviation Security Training Program (NCASTP). The Project has the three following specific&nbsp;</span></div><div><span ><br></span></div><div><span >objectives: Water Management - Increase water availability and irrigation efficiency to sustain&nbsp;</span></div><div><span ><br></span></div><div><span >water supply for agricultural production in the selected governorates Climate Change - Mitigate the&nbsp;</span></div><div><span ><br></span></div><div><span >impact of climate change namely the reduction in precipitation and increasing water scarcity by&nbsp;</span></div><div><span ><br></span></div><div><span >supporting irrigated agricultural production Agriculture - Enhance the profitability of the supported&nbsp;</span></div><div><span ><br></span></div><div><span >small farms/agri-businesses in order to contribute to the improvement of the income of the rural&nbsp;</span></div><div><span ><br></span></div><div><span >vulnerable farmers our client will be responsible for the design and rehabilitation works of the&nbsp;</span></div><div><span ><br></span></div><div><span >irrigation infrastructure schemes such as the lining of dried up water canals, supply and lay out of&nbsp;</span></div><div><span ><br></span></div><div><span >closed irrigation systems and rehabilitation of pumping stations.&nbsp;</span></div></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li>A Bachelor's degree from a recognized university in Water Resources Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Construction Management is highly desirable.</li><li>A Master's degree from a recognized university in one of the above-mentioned fields is desirable.</li><li>Required Membership of the Iraqi Engineers Association</li><li>Prince2, PMP or similar project management certification is an asset</li><li>A minimum of 2 years of experience in development and coordination within agricultural, water resources , or related projects, particularly in irrigation (Open Channels and Closed Pipe System) and water-related activities, is required.</li><li>Experience in site supervision, as well as monitoring and evaluation, is required.</li><li>Experience working on international and/or local projects in conflict-affected areas is preferred.</li><li>Experience in implementing and delivering projects for international organizations is considered an asset.</li><li>Experience in report writing, data analysis, and document drafting is desirable.</li><li>Experience in Health and Safety Management is desirable.</li><li>Proficiency in computer-aided design software, particularly AutoCAD, is desirable.</li><li>Experience in quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) for infrastructure projects is desirable.</li><li>Experience working in the southern governorates is desirable.</li><li>Fluency in English and Arabic is required.</li></ul><p></p></section>
