Reviews programs with subordinates to ensure high degree of achievement. + Communicates professionally, both orally and in writing with Site personal, as needed, to relay information. This includes, but is not limited to, reports to the Client (ASC), subcontractors, staff meetings, performance appraisals, job requirements, Infrastructure metrics, projects, + Quality Standard Procedures, and safety practices. + Oversees the establishment of programs to meet normal and contingency mission requirements. <p>The technical advisor is responsible for the technical leadership, strategic direction, and operationalization of the community-based psychosocial support and community-based initiatives within their pillar. S/he actively drives the pillar s progress by aligning strategy and objectives with community-specific needs. Working with program and project managers across SEED, they apply their thematic expertise to lead intervention design and planning, and support implementation of group and community activities. They ensure that all psychosocial support and community development activities are technically sound, culturally appropriate, and effectively designed to meet SEED s strategic goal of engaging and empowering communities. Core functions include creating or updating curricula and materials for community and group-based activities; training and equipping staff to deliver the curricula, and providing ongoing technical support to staff; creating robust MEAL systems to review impact and community feedback; and supporting program teams to implement the engagements. Under the direction of the Senior DPW Manager and or applicable Manager the DPW Manager is responsible for facilities engineering, maintenance, operations, and application of quality management programs to all Site level Public Works (Camp Operations) activities; to include Power Generation, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, HVAC, and the Service Order desk. Monitors facilities maintenance workload to ensure that production output, quality of work and resources are being properly utilized to include maintaining correct amount of repair parts and material on site. Responsible for all utilities on the installation to include water, electrical, sewage. Reports to management those abnormal conditions with recommendations for corrective course of action.
